"Located on the outskirts of Saint-Raphael, the hotel offers quite a nice accommodation experience for families. Please note that there is a small beach close by, though as it is common for this region, it is a gravel beach. A wonderful sand beach is around 30 minutes away by car. Rooms were ok, staff was very friendly and helpful. Food was not the best though - not enough variety of vegetarian options, almost no vegan options, and sadly not enough good french cheese. Overall however, it was quite nice. "

"This isn't my first time at this hotel. It's perfect value for money. I liked that there's individual air conditioning and the window opens. There was a small balcony. I could get some fresh air and dry my swimsuit. The bed was comfortable. It's five minutes from the train station. The sea is the same. It's important to note that check-in is strictly at three, as stated on the website. There's a kettle and toiletries. I'll be back. I'll be back."

"Hotel is situated in a perfect position right on the seafront and with easy access to the town. Private parking is limited, costing 15€ per day, but we were lucky to have a parking space right in front of the hotel for our complete stay. Rooms are clean and tidy with all facilities that we required, the bed was super comfortable. All the staff were professional, friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay at this hotel for our future visits."

"The photos speak for themselves, everything was dirty, the carpet was filthy, the bed had hair, the dust wasn't cleaned, the toilet was dirty. Refused room service, cocktail hour, I had to make myself heard, I was told someone would come by x3, we didn't see anyone, in the end the woman at the reception had to come by herself, no slippers, "out of stock," no towel change, I had to go downstairs, in short, never again. We wanted to leave as soon as we arrived, ashamed... The only good thing was the restaurant and pool... It's a shame this stay was a trial, I would have lost a lot of money later, customers lost."

"We stayed at the residence with an all-inclusive meal plan, which was a very original concept. Breakfast and dinner were buffet style, including wine, beer, soft drinks, fruit, and ice cream. There was no lunch, but you could take a 'business lunch' type of meal from breakfast – pasta, cold cuts, vegetables, and fruit. The desserts were delicious, a solid 5/5. Once, there was stewed beef, which was absolutely superb. The fish in cream sauce was an acquired taste. Overall, the food was good, though the selection was limited, but the ingredients were high quality. Hard liquor was available at the bar from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM and from 6:30 PM to 10:00 PM (all-inclusive). However, the magnificent beach nearby is truly the reason to come and stay at this hotel."

"The hotel is located in the heart of the city centre, and is located in the heart of the city centre. A warmer welcome would be worthwhile. It is also a pity that apartments are not equipped with double-tri-screen pots (inconceivable in 2024) and that the residence, in particular the reception, can only live with air conditioning, which is very energy-intensive. Some improvements to be made but which did not prevent me from spending very good holidays in peace."

"The staff were unfriendly upon arrival. There were many signs of wear and tear in the suite, even though we booked the Riviera suite specifically for the newest one! The bedding was very hard. The rooftop bar is too small to accommodate all the guests, so you have to wait for a seat. It's a shame because the view is exceptional. The bar and restaurant staff were very friendly. The food was good quality, however, if you arrive after 8:15 pm (closing time is 9 pm), you'll have to make do with what's left, so the all-inclusive promise isn't really fulfilled. The same goes for brunch in the morning; if you're an early riser, there are few options for the lunch boxes, and the dishes and salads don't arrive until after 10 am. Access to the beach is excellent. Be sure to wear appropriate footwear as it's full of pebbles."

"Hidden Gem in the hills! Stunning honey moon stay. We arrived to a lovely French woman who showed us to our room with a large bath. The decor is clean and magical. Very boutique like! The pool is super close to all the rooms. Clean and warm. The bar lady at the pool was very friendly and made us cocktails to drink in the sunshine. Breakfast was a huge hit with lots of pastries, fresh eggs, cereals and meats. The staff were very kind and friendly. We loved our stay and we were able to charge our car up too. Would 100% return and have recommended to all family and friends! Thank you!"

"Bravo for being an eco-responsible, but luxurious hotel. From the first greeting to our last breakfast, the entire staff is welcoming and super accommodating. Very well appointed room (Fitzgerald) with an amazing view over the harbor and bay. Spa experience was relaxing, and spa personnel very attentive to our needs."

"A decent place to spend a few days in the small town of Dramont. About 10 minutes on foot from the train station. Clean rooms with hot water, a kettle, a fridge. Wi-Fi works well. Would be good if the could have automatic machines with coffee/tea. The breakfast is not served if it's not enough guests, unfortunately. The reception is operated limited hours."
