Superbe moment aussi bien dans les yeux que dans l assiette dans ce restaurant lors de notre séjour dans la région. Le service est parfait, les plats bien présentés et le produit est respecté tout en étant parfaitement valorisé. De plus, comme dans tous les établissements que nous avons fréquenté dans la semaine dans cette région, notre petit chien a été accepté sur la terrasse et très bien accueilli

Un lieu sublime mais très loin des standards de l’hôtellerie de luxe. Nous avons été victimes d’un phishing mail utilisant l’adresse mail de l’hôtel et nous avons été escroqués de 300€. Uniquement de plates excuses à notre arrivée car nous l’avons mentionné immédiatement à la réception. Un personnel très jeune et peu expérimenté, un manager qui fuit devant nos propos, nous avons clairement halluciné. Nous aurions trouvé normal d’avoir un service offert en compensation mais rien du tout. Ajoutez à cela une chambre non prête à notre arrivée (45 minutes de retard soit un Check-in à 16:45). Un service plutôt désorganisé, à plusieurs reprises nous avons été obligés d’aller chercher le personnel pour une boisson, un cendrier, une serviette etc. Ajoutez à cela une addition du restaurant majorée et sans détail d’une dizaine d’euros. Bref nous sommes très éloignés d’un établissement 5 étoiles, ce fut une grande déception, nous n’y séjournerons plus. Nous vous conseillons d’opter pour Lily of the Valley dans cette tranche de prix car le lieu est spectaculaire et le service tout bonnement supérieur.

This hotel is 5* in terms of view and sea access, not in terms of service. However, this is reflected in the price which is a lot less than what it would be if this was a true 5*. Hence it’s a fair deal. The one reason I did not give 5/5 is that the dinner in the La Plage restaurant was really disappointing quality. Service at breakfast was also patchy, though the croissants, pain au chocolat and tarte tropezienne were the best we had in a week on the Côte d’Azur. The hotel clearly is cost-conscious in terms of staffing, both in numbers and quality. Which means you’ll be disappointed if you expect 5* service at the pool or at breakfast. But if you come mainly for the view and sea access and don’t mind fairly basic rooms (no privacy in the bathroom as no door, though there is a separate toilet) then you’ll love it.

Voiturier qui se prend pour un pilote de formule1,trop de personnel à l entrée pour l accueil très moyen,restaurant qui ne vaut pas un macaron michelin, apéritifs sans recherche,le service deplorable,le menu sans odeur ni saveur, vraiment aucune générosité ,prix exorbitant,un peu de consideration pour vos clients,rien d exceptionnel, manque de gerance,maître d hotel....endroit magnifique, prix exorbitants pour les prestation mediocres,michelin il faut y retourner ,très décevant

We stayed here for our honeymoon in early October. We were nervous about getting bad weather, but lucked out and had sun the whole time. We got to enjoy the pool and warm water. We had a fabulous stay. The entire staff was very nice and welcoming and always there to answer questions or help with travel needs. The hotel itself was one of the most gorgeous places I’ve had the pleasure of staying at. The room was super cute and stylish, spa was relaxing, eating area was very nice. There’s lots of little areas to hang out. The only (somewhat) issue we had was getting to and from train station walking with our luggage. We could’ve planned better. Otherwise we would most definitely stay again if we have the chance.

This is where you stay when you need to recharge surrounded by nature, an ocean breeze and in an impeccably luxurious setting in the French Riviera. I have literally no complaints here. None.

Spent 2 nights here in September at the end of our 2 week trip to France. We absolutely loved the hotel, the staff and the location. We never left the hotel as it had everything we needed, including excellent meals. Most of the guests are couples, although there was one family with a newborn and toddler. Unfortunately the room we were initially assigned was right next door to them so needless to say it was not the quiet peaceful stay were had envisioned. We asked for a quieter room and the staff was very accommodating and found us a different room (which in addition to being more quiet) was a nicer room overall. We will definitely visit here again next time we are in the area!
