Dirty. Needs repair maintenance and updates. Majority staff unfriendly. Food poor quality. I came back because prior visits experience was good. Not so much this time. Will stay elsewhere next time.

We understand everyone is on Island Time, but multiple times, after the hostess seated us, we waited 10 minutes for our server to come to the table. And at least one day of our 4, the kayak/SUP hut closed an hour early. Disappointing.

We had such an amazing time here for our anniversary. We stayed for 4 days, many couples we talked to stayed for a week and we wish we would have. There's so much to see and do. We won't go anywhere else that isn't all inclusive after this trip. It was so easy to relax and just enjoy your stay not having to plan meals etc. Some reviews have mentioned outdated/small rooms but we didn't feel that way. Considering we were in paradise, the room was more than fine. Everything was clean and there is AC in each room. There is an ATM in the front office, or bring cash for taxi rides and tips. Gratuity is included in your stay however it's just good business to appreciate the staff and support the local economy. The food and drinks were delicious. The live music was fun each evening. The complimentary snorkel and paddle board options were so fun! The pool is 24 hours, food and drinks are served in the on-site restaurant until 11pm. Everyone was friendly and went out of their way to ensure we had an amazing vacation. We will absolutely be returning ☺️

NOT a "CHAIN" resort!!!! An older hotel but quite adequate for the price, The rooms were very clean. Bathroom only has a shower which is small (one person only). Limited food choices at Iggies/Oasis

Wow! Rum snorkel on Thursdays is fun! Food is fantastic! Chef is creative and has a variety of options for all meals throughout the day. Bartenders rocked!! From morning mimosas to Rum Runners to Painkillers - oh my!! The staff is so friendly and helpful. We loved watching the TikToks prior, too. It is an older hotel so keep that in mind. However, we were barely in the room. The catamaran was down while we were there. While we were disappointed, the lovely lady in the gift shop got us a new turtle snorkel. We kayaked in the bay, relaxed in the pool and on the beach. Beach games available along with snorkel gear. Perfect low key place for us!!!

We had our honeymoon at Bolongo bay back in 1988 and decided to go back for our 35th anniversary in April 2024. It was great! The food was awesome and a lot of different things to choose from. We took a sunset sail and a snorkel sail. Great views on both. Snorkeling we saw Octopus,Turtles and many different colorful fish. The service at the resort was outstanding. Every one was always asking if we needed anything. A shout out to Dan, Rocky, Brie, Ve, Keisha, Gefel, Kelsey Monique, Noble and Rick just name a few. Thanks for a great time! This is definitely a family owned and operated resort. They really do make you feel at home. The restaurant is amazing. I'm pretty sure I tried everything on the menu and it was all phenomenal!
