This hotel is special! The atmosphere was relaxed, the decor chic and the rooms quiet and spacious. The team are what makes this hotel a standout with an incredible attention to detail and friendly ease: you can feel at home. They went above and beyond to make our stay as easy, effortless and as personable as possible. The chef started dinner service early to accommodate for our jet lag, there was a fast shuttle into town and all resturant and beach reservations were handled expertly by the staff. Relax around the pool or spend time at the spa. Delicious breakfast. Couldn’t recommend this hotel highly enough.

Went there for a romantic week end this Summer . The réception staff is super Nice, as the valets and the pools waiter. The room was a bit small, but the overall assets of the location is dreamy. The swimmingpool is super Nice and the Provence style décoration is a blast.

Nous sommes revenus à la Bastide de Saint Tropez pour notre plus grand bonheur. L'hôtel a été repris par une nouvelle équipe, et ça se voit. Le personnel est très attentionné. Le restaurant est délicieux avec des produits frais. La salle de restaurant a été refaite et c'est très joli. Notre chambre a été refaite et c'est vraiment très réussi. C'est raffiné, élégant tout en préservant une petite note locale.

Personnel super serviable, de la manager de salle en passant par l’es voiturier les réceptionnistes . Super, cadre sublime. Pas nous n y avons pas mangé. La chambre est un poil petite ( rose de mai ) mais pour st trop ça va

E un posto bellissimo. Uno staff impeccabile su tutti i fronti. Ogni persona dell albergo ha sempre una parola gentile o un suggerimento. La cucina e’ fantastica. Vi consiglio le pizze che fa antonio a bordo piscina. Le camere molto belle e curate. Torneremo sicuramente!

Отель абсолютно не соответствует стандартам 5 звездочного отеля . во всех номерах воняет плесенью после ночи проведённой в отеле у нас с мужем началась аллергия , что вместе 3 ночей которые мы забронировали пришлось сбежать из отеля после первой , на завтрак дают гнилые фрукты , и завалявшиеся круассаны , на просьбу заменить принесли такие же гнилые фрукты . Персонал не доброжелательный , и в целом полное разочарование , и не соответствие цены и качества.

Tafel gereserveerd om verjaardag te vieren,personeel hulpvaardig en charmant,keuken banaal maar met prijzen die niet in verhouding staan met geleverde kwaliteit,om te eindigen hebben we onze maaltijd moeten delen met RATTEN die vrij in het restaurant rondliepen dit is ongehoord voor een hotel dat vijf sterren claimt en een Relais en Château is. Een goede raad vermijd dit restaurant om hygiënische redenen,dit kan niet door de beugel!
