"The hotel is in a great location, a short walk into the main town of St Tropez. The hotel staff were lovely and accommodating and friendly. Hotel was spotless clean and the breakfast great. Would definitely recommend and stay here again."

"Amazing hotel! First time Saint Tropez visitors. We stayed for almost a week before heading to Cannes for the second half of our trip. When I say this is the perfect hotel I mean it was perfect! It’s located in a little square at the top of the town about 50 meters or so from the larger Le Yaca sister hotel. Perfect walking distance to the sister hotel, the port, the main square and basically all of Saint Tropez. They also offer a free shuttle service to thea beach club. Le Y had excellent rooms, service, cleanliness and staff. The rooms are very well designed. The housekeeping staff is friendly and very meticulous, rooms are excellently kept. The front of house staff (Soizic, José and Laura) were unbelievably friendly and helpful. We communicated with them via email before our trip to make reservations and they were able to help us with every place, even some last minute changes while we were in town. It’s clear their team is well connected with managers of all the restaurants and clubs. The sister hotel Le Yaca is where you have the pool and breakfast/restaurant/bar area. The pool/restaurant are located in a beautiful courtyard, photos do not do it justice. The food is amazing and breakfast is expansive. Highly recommend! We will definitely be back as this is now our go-to Saint Tropez hotel. Very authentic experience!"

""We arrived at the hotel around 1:00 PM, hoping they might have a room available. But we cannot get our room until 3:00PM due to their policy, even the hotel was not full. The receptionist informed me I had two bookings in the system—one for that night and one for three months later. I was completely baffled and spent a stressful half-hour checking all my apps, worried my account had been hacked. They insisted the second booking was under my name. It took them a couple of hours to finally figure out it was their own administrative error; they had filed another guest's reservation under my name. When I finally got to the room, the disappointment continued. The room was very small. My husband and I had two big suitcases, and there was absolutely no space to store them. We had to climb over them just to get around, and we couldn't open both at the same time. Given how strict they are about the 3:00 PM check-in and 11:00am check out (which we respected), you'd expect them to have their systems in order"

"It was a truly beautiful stay at the Kube Hotel. The service and food was unparalleled, the relaxing atmosphere was so soothing and I enjoyed the pools and the nice room very much. The free shuttle service into St Trope was also super useful and appreciated."

"The hotel is located 35 min walk from the town otherwise 10min of drive to the city. The reception service is excellent, very helpful and polite. The pool and the jacuzzi is heated even during the winter, and kept clean and tidy around, it was enjoyable to use it in the morning. The room I had was classic, but my room was upgraded from a classic to family when I arrived. The room kept clean and tidy each day! The things like a rob and slippers are not provided, but it was a pleasant stay and going to come back again."

"I was there for a wedding and when getting prepared electricity went off. Not able to use the iron for my dress neither the blow dryer. Tried to call the host without any answer. Had to run in all st tropez under 40degres to find a solution that cost me 150euros. The host did only send a text message 2 hours later saying it came back without even apologizing. The next day he said he will refund a part of the room night however never replied back to a single call or message since three weeks. Also the day before my arrival I call to understand if I was staying in a room or apparement and he got upset saying I don’t get why you are calling everything is written on the confirmation. There is no place to make coffee in the property (even 2 stars hotels does), room is basic. He was nice at the arrival though but not reliable and trustworthy at the end."

"This is the 6th time I have stayed here and the staff and management have continued to maintain the high standard service and luxury. The concierge team went to great lengths to make sure they recommended the best beach clubs. The bar food and relaxed atmosphere helped us get away from the stresses of life. Great squid and pigeon dishes in the main restaurant. We also asked for a simple roast fish which they got from the market that morning especially for us. Thank you all."

"Fantastic stay, very comfortable room and we slept so well. Then concierge team is amazing and incredibly well connected, also providing free shuttle service to beach clubs. Perfectly located in town to walk to shopping and restaurants. We upgraded our room for a bit more space as the normal room is quite small. If you are taller or larger be sure to check on the bed size (they have some circular beds that adorable but not practical if one of you is 6'3")."
