I booked 4N5D for my parents who came to visit us in Saipan. The location is fantastic. It's a beachfront hotel located in Garapan where most shops and restaurants are. They could stroll on the beach in the mornings and could go out shopping/dining on foot whenever they felt like doing so. The room was clean, and they especially liked the "openness" of the ground floor (minimum walls & a lot of open space so they could see the beach and feel the breeze).

Hotels are no consideration with the unforeseen circumstances I had, never even thought of giving me consideration to modify my booking since I am unable to travel to the said date due to my unforeseen situation with my family member’s illness. Hotels are only cares about money.

The room and environment are good, but the buffet is terrible! ! I spent 40 dollars and used the leftover juice and rice from the morning to fool people! It is completely different from what others recommend! (I don’t know if it’s because it’s a weekday) But it shouldn’t be so bad! Only the steak was hot, and the rest was cold. I took some cake to fill my stomach, but it was still sour. This restaurant really disappointed me!

The location is great and the ocean view is so pretty! It is convenient because there are 3 swimming pools. Breakfast was okay and most of the staff were friendly.

The service is very good. Those with children can spend a day at the hotel's own beach and swimming pool. They can borrow towels, life jackets, snorkeling or swimming equipment for free. The facilities are simple but clean and tidy, and humanized, which is consistent with the hotel brand and price. The breakfast is good and filling. There are outdoor local style singing and dancing + buffet on Monday, Wednesday and Friday nights.

The lifeguard at the pool is humorous and can speak simple Korean. He loves playing with children, and language is not a problem. 4. Facilities Hotel restaurants, children's climbing parks, children's indoor amusement parks, swimming pools, water parks, gyms, supermarkets, bars, simple snorkeling equipment All basic play needs can be met. There are many rest areas in the store where you can sit and lie down. Even if we have a midnight flight, we don’t need to check out late. The rest areas in the public areas outside are enough. 5. The check-in experience is very good. The freshness and brightness in the morning, the comfort of the sunset in the evening, are absolutely amazing. We took photos and produced pictures, but unfortunately our photographer was not very good. 6. Meals. Personally, I feel it's generally a little bit higher. After all, the price is not low, but the variety is average, and I don’t think the taste is that perfect. Maybe I am too picky.

I made a reservation and found it to be the most cost-effective hotel in Saipan. The location is very good, you can walk to the city center, eat and shop. Next door is the National Memorial Park, a great place for a walk. The hotel environment is very good, with a children's swimming pool and a children's playground. It is not a problem for children to play in the hotel for two or three days. The hotel buffet is very cost-effective. A simple meal in an a la carte restaurant outside costs 70 to 80 dollars for two large and one small restaurants. Hotel guests here get 40 per adult, and hotel guests get 25% off lunch and 15% off dinner. Child 20. Don't be too suitable! Highly recommended!

This time I went to Saipan, I tried three hotels, Crown, Hyatt and Kensington, for myself and for everyone else. The advantage of Crown is that the breakfast is good. The Crown Beach on Mike Beach is more spacious than the Hyatt Beach next door. The service staff is very friendly. I chose a sea view room but was arranged on a low floor, probably because I am Chinese.

The location of the hotel is very good. It is very convenient for eating and supermarkets around downtown. Crowne Plaza has always been of high standard. The only thing that needs improvement is that there are relatively few recreational facilities on the beach. Most of them need to be paid for at your own expense, and there are no lifeguards.

It was the perfect choice for a leisurely vacation with family! The cleanliness was good, the service was good, the staff were very considerate, and they were friendly with children, so I had a great time staying with them. I think I will choose here next time I come.
