On my recent trip to Japan, I was fortunate to stay at this hotel next to JR North Hukou Station, which is undoubtedly a great choice for extremely convenient transportation. Whether I plan to travel to the busy downtown Tokyo or visit the tranquil downtown Saitama, the location of this hotel makes my trip extremely convenient. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was touched by the hospitality of the staff. They not only checked in quickly, but also detailed the hotel facilities and surrounding traffic information, which made me look forward to the upcoming journey. The hotel's rooms are designed with modern and comfortable design and provide an ideal space to relax. The beds are soft and comfortable, allowing me to enjoy a good night's rest every night. Besides that, the free Wi-Fi in the room was very fast and greatly facilitated my work and social needs. The transportation connection near the hotel is impressive. JR North Hukou Station is just a few steps away and I can easily take the train to the main attractions of Tokyo and Saitama. There are also many restaurants and shops around, which are convenient for both authentic Japanese cuisine and simple shopping. Overall, this hotel next to JR North Hukou Station was impressed with my trip to Japan with its unparalleled location, comfortable accommodation and friendly service. Having never stayed at a dorm-style capsule hotel before, I was amazed at how quiet and clean it was. The small capsule/pod had a mattress, a TV, toiletries, and even pajamas! Even though the “door” was really just a curtain, I was not disturbed by too much noise from people walking through the corridors. But then again, this was Japan, and people (even foreigners) are extremely polite, and aware of other’s personal spaces. The locker-style bathroom was huge, with about 20-30 vanity stations each with a sink, space for all your toiletries, plus a hairdryer, and all the amenities you would have in a normal hotel room. The shower and toilet stalls were sparky-clean, even though this was a common area shared by all ladies. The men’s dorm was on the second floor, with their own locker/toilet areas, so the ladies’ area was completely private and safe. The treehouse theme was also a unique twist, which was reflected in the decor, and the layout of the capsule rooms. This is a great option for travellers on a low budget. Completely safe, clean, and relatively comfortable.

Stayed in the corner triple room. The window was large and the view was good. The public bath on the 14th floor was beautiful and slow. It was a little unfortunate that the door of the toilet bathroom in the room was a glass door, so I was a little surprised, and there was no explanation of the operation of the elevator with the card key at the reception. I think it is a hotel that can stay comfortably.

5月の埼玉出張の際に利用しました。電車遅延の影響でチェックインが夜0時を少し過ぎたにもかかわらず、とても親切かつ笑顔で対応いただけました。また、枕の残数が少なくて申し訳ありませんとお気遣いまでいただき、恐縮しきりでした。。。滞在中はとても静かでゆっくりと疲れをとることができました。 今回は朝の出発が早く、温泉と朝食を満喫することが叶いませんでしたが、次回は時間に余裕のある際に利用したいと思います。

首都圏観光の際、大人2人と幼児（４歳、２歳）の計４人でツインルーム（24.2m2）利用しました。 　室内については、当初4人では狭いかなと想定していましたが、洗面場所とベットルームの間の壁がなく開放的で、実際の平米より広く感じました（必要な時には仕切れるようロールスクリーンがうまく活用されていました）。 　また、部屋全体に清潔感があり、快適に過ごせました。バストイレ別なのも良かったです。 　部屋のカードキーが２枚いただけ、ホテル周辺へ出掛ける際も不便なく過ごせました。 　フロントにコーヒーの無料サービスがあり、朝食も美味しく大変満足できました。 　ホテル周辺には、食事処が沢山あり、ファミレス、コンビニ、ドラッグストア、アミューズメント施設（カラオケ・ビリヤード）等、一通り揃っています。ホテルの建物は複合施設となっていて1〜3Fに衣料品やレストランなどショップがあり、買い物も便利です。 　アクセス性については、地下鉄有楽町線の始発駅に直結しており、都内各所への利便性が良いです。豊洲など臨海副都心へ一本で行けるところも魅力的だと思いました。 　このホテルを選んで良かったです。また利用したいと思います。
