很不滿意，我買了兩個房間，分別是豪華和普通房間，結果兩個房間一摸一樣，老闆説都變成普通房間了。但是我的錢沒有還我。

まあ、happy hotel って感じ。
エレベーターがないので不便。
シャワーヘッドが壊れていてお湯が漏れてるし、水圧も弱くて心地良くはない。
部屋のハンギング型の椅子のソファーが怪しく汚れていて、汚くて座れない。

チェックイン時に、途中外出についての案内がなかったこと。部屋の備え付けの電話が使用できなかったこと。WiFi完備との事でしたがWiFiが使えなかったこと。これら以外は普通に過ごせました。
