If you were tempted to visit Panemunė Castle, think again In our case, we had purchased a gift set worth 100 euros. We booked a room by phone, the price for the night is 80eur (1 night), and according to the administrator, we will be able to "eat" the hotel restaurant. Upon arrival at the hotel we were met by the same receptionist who sold the gift voucher and also accepted the reservation by phone. When asked about the use of the balance in the restaurant, we were greeted with surprise, but after a short discussion, we were allowed to spend our paid money. Hooray! After dinner at the hotel restaurant, we asked the staff for a bill, and when we said we had a balance for the night, we were greeted with great surprise and a blame for not notifying us before ordering food. (Administrator's obligation to inform all hotel institutions - we were not informed) Maybe for the rest and the food is different produce? The waitress informed: That we will have to wait now. (Well, because it’s our fault that no one interrupted that all staff need to be informed), so look forward to it. After a long wait and a call to pay, we received a bill calculated jointly by the waitress and the administrator, where we still had to overpay for food and leave our promised money. The biggest frustration is not with the small amount that was spent, but with the unprofessionalism of the staff and the attitude towards the client, when you arrive after a good time, you are accused of the employee's mistake and failure to perform the functions entrusted to them. Summary: Environment poor, activities 0. The quality of the restaurant service is very poor. The food is tasteless. (Breakfast is tastier than the dinner menu)
