We loved our stay at the hotel! The staff were great and always smiling. The breakfast buffet was perfect, and they gave us all the appliances we needed without extra charge. The price we paid was really good for such amazing service, and they even gave us a bigger room than we booked! We totally recommend their hotel and hope to come back to Salalah again.

- Special thanks to Housekeeping ( Rjoo ) , he is very nice and friendly and helpful.
- Thanks to housekeeping Staff Taimoor & Ahmed.
- I liked the breakfast menu, moreover the breakfast chefs, and restaurant staff are friendly.
- Ps. This is my second stay at the hotel, both times the hotel misspelling my name on the reservation which bothers me!

Utensils, coffee machine etc were not clean a toll, tee or coffee mugs were bad, even the plates and spoons every time we pick them were in bad condition, The in-house restaurant symphony that serves breakfast buffet.
Curtain shares in rooms need urgent cleaning.

The hotel needs maintenance. I did not complete the fourth night and replaced it with another hotel. There are many comments: the location of the hotel, poor cleanliness, bad smells in the bathroom, and the lack of any cooking equipment in the preparatory kitchen.

The hotel is beautiful and very clean, but the location is close to the industrial area, but its advantage is that it is 8 minutes away from Mount Itin. It has ground parking. It has 3 swimming pools, 2 for adults and one for children. The hotel staff are very respectful and cooperative.
