Hotels Near Hijab Market in Salatiga

I bring my family while on bussiness trip and we get the good price from traveloka, arrived in the evening and had a room in the corner, when i ask for another room they said that all rooms are fully booked while i saw that the hotel are very empty and quiet. Internet connection was very poor. The reception guy at the night was friendly and help us but still didnt solved the internet problem. My son was swim at the pool and the staff told them that they are not allowed to eat. Very funny while the staff bring the ordered food. The staff only gave 1 towel while we are 3 of us. The reason was very ridiculous : only 1 towel/room. The food at bfast were very bad, the service were very poor. Very bad experiences. Not recommend for family stay. Maybe is good only for foreigners.

Cet hotel présente un énorme potentiel du fait de son emplacement dans la montagne, à l'air pur, loin de la ville. De plus il possède pas mal de structures de vacances (piscine, jeux pour enfants, foret...). Malheureusement du à la pandémie l'hotel à été laisser un peu à l'abandon et cela se ressent dans la propreté des chambres qui laisse clairement à desirer. Mais pour le prix ça reste correct, d'autant que l'on sent que le personnel fait son maximum pour que le client soit bien malgré tout. En un mot, un hotel un peu désuet et qui tombe en décrépitude mais qui à un potentiel certain et du cachet.

Service is good, staff was helpful, meal average just a little option, some amenities need to be fixed. Swimming pool have free one but smaller, bigger one need extra pay Overall satisfied stay at this hotel

Very near to Gua Ambarawa. 5 mins walking distance. Room with basic amenities. No minibar, slippers, and towels can be better. Room rates do not include breakfast. Charge separately. In the surrounding area, many food stalls are available . Can find Bakso ( Meal ball noodle soup) Satay, Soto, Pecal and many more.

Stayed from Dec 26-30, 2019. This was our 2nd stays at this hotel. Still they provide a high quality service in terms of maintaining the building. Now talking about the room which located uphill. My feedback: provide a media to request the golf car from the complex to dining or parking lot downhill. Our last day stay at family was tremendously awesome!! Pool view!! Feedback: front office should have kept the payment record so it will not disturb guest by asking the payment receipt (pay upon check in option). The speed and the taste should be improve on dining restaurant. Well all vanished by the scenary😊

We booked a tour of Indonesia through Turquoise Holidays who suggested, and arranged, a fantastic itinerary for us. The first stop on our tour was the MesaStila. We were picked up at Yogyakarta airport by our Destination Asia guides (arranged through Turquoise) and it was a couple of hours drive north to the hotel (the traffic was extremely busy!) The hotel is set in a fairly remote jungle area north of Magelang and has fantastic views of the nearby volcanoes and jungle. We were welcomed at the Club House with a cold drink and told about all the facilities on offer. There is a spa and gym (and even an outdoor “jungle gym”) a restaurant, sunset lounge bar, tennis courts. There are complimentary activities including yoga, a tour of their own coffee plantation, batik, Javanese dance and a guided village walk. The villas are set in large grounds on the side of the hill and are all very private with stunning views. Our agent at Turquoise had mentioned that we were celebrating our 30th anniversary and we were upgraded to an Arum villa. Staff had also prepared a lovely cake for us! The villa was very spacious and had a large “double bath” as well as double sinks and a shower. We had a covered terrace with a view of the volcanoes and an indoor dining area. Each day we had breakfast at their Java Red restaurant which included western as well as Indonesian specialities. They also served a “shot” of jamu (an Indonesian health drink) with a range to choose from – very interesting!! We went on day trips to the Borobudur and Prambanan temples (with Destination Asia) which are both withing striking distance. We also enjoyed a tour of the hotels coffee plantation, saw how they process and roast the coffee they harvest and had a taste in their coffee shop. We bought some beans to bring home. We even managed some pool time when the weather allowed. Dinner was a mix of western and Indonesian food with amazing cocktails (Java Spice was my favourite) and some decent wines. All the food was excellent. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. It was quite quiet at the hotel (we only saw two or three other couples) but this gave it a peaceful and relaxing vibe. A great place to stay and explore central Java.

This Amanda Hills is not on the side of the highway, but in the alley, and it's quite far and it's quite high, which makes it a good sight of whether the car's getting strong, unfortunately it's quiet, so it's not stuck in the middle of the road. If it was inside, I was lazy to go out again, given the coming-in-out field. In the lobby there is table soccer, welcome drink, and some exercise equipment that might be rented (we didn't try to rent so don't know what to rent either). The hotel is a pretty large resort, there is a pool too, but we didn't try it. We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. Because the date was high season, we had to move to another room type for the second night. The first night we stayed at Casablanca bungalow no. 311. It was a 2 units that can be connected (with connecting doors), but we only rented 1 unit. Each unit is a 2 room, 1 family room with TV, sofa and table, back terrace, and 1 bathroom. The furniture also looks like it needs to be rejuvenated. Some doors of the cabinet can't close properly. It's a bit difficult to charge the phone here, because the power plug is located quite high, so it's hard to put the phone when charging. Forced to put the phone in the top cabinet when charged, or on the floor, near the TV in the family room. He said because the hotel is fully booked, so the battery-powered phone system is disturbed. But we can still contact the front office with WA, and they respond quickly (even when booking they respond to the WA quickly). The hotel provides free wifi, but the connection is not stable, and the signal is large/small, depending on the location of the bungalow/room from the wifi spot. The rooms are a bit narrow. One room with double bed and the other room with twin beds. The bed is also less comfortable. The furniture is old, even the sheets we were torn apart in 2 places. The room window is a nano window, so we were a bit worried when we slept there will be insects coming in. But fortunately it didn't happen. The room lights are set from the buttons located on the bottom, not on the wall, we were confused at first, modern bathroom, shower type, with a large sink and a sitting closet. Towels are provided for 4 people, soap/shampoo in the dispenser and toothbrush + toothpaste. Towels are provided in the bungalow. It's hard to turn on hot water. But the technician responded quickly when called, so the problem was solved. The back patio leads to the mountain view and the shade of shade. In the morning, don't miss seeing the sunrise from this back terrace.
