This property staff (front office person) doesn't know how to speak with customers. Facility in the room us not upto the mark. Bed condition are nit comfortable to sleep. Overall, this property is not vale for money. Sorry for this comment but it's my experience during my stay

i paid for this one night stay. by paying so much amount i expect some amount of luxury. but it was an average room, with a small size bedroom and toilet. for this amount in a place like salem, i wud have got extra luxury undoubtedly. price is huge plus the staff hospitality is average. i had to request two times to send me an employ dinner plate. they were adamant to even send that. then finally i said i paid for this room for a night and u r so unwilling refusing to even give me an empty dinner plate. on a nutshell, it’s an average satisfaction staying in the salem castle

Hotel room was good. But service was bad. Morning break fast was ready only after 8:30. Even though it is mentioned as 7:30.

Room was neat. But, room size is too low. We have bad experience with room service, house keeping. They did not give pillow for extra mattress. We have called the 5 times and they told that they were busy. It was already 11 pm night. When did we sleep with out pillow. Finally 12 pm they gave pillow. The fridge was not working. We have followed up reception 7 times in 15 min. Interval. Finally one (mechanic) person came to our room. The same time receptionist called the mechanic over cell phone and told him about ourself in bad manner. The mechanic was put the cell phone in loud speaker mode. So, we heard all the "bad words" from receptionist. So, we called the receptionist and enquired, why he scold us in bad words. But, he did not answered us and disconnect the phone. These are the "hospitality" of this hotel. Very bad experience. Not worth

I have checked in 3 rooms where the AC was not working and the manager, staffs all were telling it will work after 15min.. WORST HOTEL EVER CHECKED IN.. NO RESPONSE FROM ANY ONE, ALL ARE TRYING TO SWITCH ON THE CEILING FAN AND TRYING TO CONVINCE..IF ANY ONE NEEDS TO KILL THEMSELVES JUST BOOK A ROOM IN SALEM CASTLE..

Room a and services were nice, food was excellent, cleanliness at high level, airconditioner was fine ; there were some confusion between people in the reception desk ( day and night shift people ) in providing services ordered but that was manageable.
