This property has 4 "rooms" in an apartment building on the 7th floor. It appears that one large apartment was split into 4 rooms with a main common area when you enter. The room was comfortable and had a nice wrap around terrace. Even though it was on a main street, once the doors were closed I couldn't hear anything. We did take the stairs most of the time since the elevator was small, but did use it for moving luggage. It is one block in from the water and the walking area along the water and only a few blocks from the pedestrian area with shops and dining. There is no breakfast on site, they gave us vouchers to use at a cafe a few blocks away. It provided coffee, juice, a cornetto and a ham & cheese sandwich which I would avoid. All in all it was an enjoyable stay.

Excellent location, gorgeous view from balcony, very friendly host and very clean! Would recommend and would happily stay again!

Premesso che ho contattato la Signora Olga con largo anticipo rispetto alla data di pernottamento ed è stata estremamente cordiale, il mio breve soggiorno è stato perfetto. La camera era ampia, molto pulita e silenziosa, il letto comodissimo con lenzuola in lino ricamate, al mattino mi è stato possibile prendere un primo caffè in camera grazie alla presenza di una Bialetti con le cialde e poi una colazione al bar lì vicino. Tutto perfetto!

Ampia stanza situata al settimo piano di un signorile palazzo con portiere. Silenziosa nonostanze in zona centralissima e molto trafficata. Parcheggio situato a die passi dallo stabile. Proprietaria disponibilissima. Ci tornerei

Tutto perfetto: la stanza grande, il bagno ampio, il balcone,la pulizia e la colazione in un bar vicino con vista mare. Al settimo piano di un palazzo è silenzioso sebbene si affacci su di una strada trafficata. Situato in zona tranquilla, ad un passo dall’imbarco per la costiera, dalle vie dei negozi e dalla parte più storica di Palermo. Davanti si può parcheggiare sulle strisce blu. Gentilezza della proprietaria ed estrema disponibilità. Quando tornerò, cercherò sicuramente di dormire qui. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è altissimo e consiglio di contattare la struttura direttamente al telefono.
