It was a very bad check-in experience, because the location of the hotel is good, and guests from European and American countries have good reviews, so although I don't particularly like B&B and other hotels, I still booked a 90m2 suite with a balcony. But I was too disappointed after checking in, so I can only give one star: - Dishonesty, discriminating against Chinese guests: After arriving, I found that the rooms given were not the ones I booked at all (there are only 6 sets in total, and each set is decorated differently), so I immediately contacted the front desk by phone, but was told that all the rooms have been given out , I will talk about it the next day; the next day I saw the front desk and said that the originally reserved room would be vacant on the third day and I could move in, but said that the room was not actually downgraded. I said I could show her the photo of the reserved room, and she said yes in a while There is a problem with the reservation system. After a while, they say that they can't contact me. They shirk their responsibilities and don't even apologize. - The hygienic situation is worrying: the towels are black, and one day I saw the washed wet towels hanging on the shelf in the corridor; the bathroom in my room was painted red, and the water was red when I took a bath... - The facilities are old and inconvenient: the hotel is on the second floor of an old-fashioned building. The front desk was still there when we arrived on the first day. They helped us move two pieces of luggage. There was an elevator and I didn’t know if it was running. No one helped us on the last day. It was a bit of a struggle to move down; and the outside of the building was being repaired with scaffolding, so the room was already dark and now it was even darker -Breakfast: Breakfast is not in the hotel, you have to go to the corner cafe to eat or pack with meal coupons, only one croissant and one cup of coffee are limited So I do not recommend this small hotel

Posizione strategica tra il lungomare e il centro. Appartamento molto pulito e accogliente, con tutti i comfort necessari. Forse un po' rumoroso considerato l'intenso traffico delle strade su cui affaccia. Ideale per i bambini che possono godere di molto spazio a disposizione. Il palazzo in cui è situata la struttura è in ristrutturazione per cui l'impatto potrebbe non essere dei migliori, ma varcata la soglia del bed&breakfast si entra in un luogo piacevole e accogliente. Colazione soddisfacente da consumare al bar posto proprio di fronte all'ingresso del palazzo. Proprietari e personale di servizio molto gentili e disponibili.

Passata una sola notte a fine dicembre ..due coppie di amici. Allora il locale molto piacevole, l'accoglienza al checkin così così, i problemi sono iniziati col lavello del bagno intasato da capelli che abbiamo dovuto disostruire con mezzi di fortuna, perdita di acqua dal lavello di cucina, rottura inattesa della macchinetta del caffè in cialde. Nonchè in 4 persone due soli asciugamani da doccia (forse uno per coppia ...). La mattina seguente è intervenuta una gentilissima collaboratrice ma ormai i danni erano fatti. Per un prezzo non indifferente . Non ci ritornerei.

Échafaudage masquant toute la vue. Literie non respectueuse des normes d’hygiène (draps en polyester bleu foncé de propreté douteuse). Petit-déjeuner se limitant à un café (pas de thé) et un croissant debout dans le bar d’en face. Système d’arrivée d’eau dans la SDB très bruyant. Conseils de visite à éviter : Caserta et Agropoli ne valent pas le détour. Hôtesse très désagréable et complètement fermée à la discussion.

La struttura è in un grande palazzo tenuto male, con lavori in corso che onestamente non penso finiscano in breve tempo, loro reclamizzano nel loro website una colazione che non esiste, ti consegnano un voucher per andare a mangiare un semplice cornetto in un piccolo Bar Tabacchi a 100 metri dal palazzo. Non sono stato contento della struttura e del trattamento, sicuramente non tornerò !
