The room is small but clean. The toilet sometimes smells. The location of the hotel is really great. It's on the pedestrian street, very safe, there are many restaurants around, and it's very close to the promenade and church attractions. The train station is an 8-minute walk away. The lady at the front desk spoke English very well and helped reserve a business car. She was very friendly!

Excellent location with short walk to train station and on pedestrian only street. Good variety for breakfast with fresh fruit. Had a quiet room on the 4th floor with terrace facing the pedestrian street. That street is currently under construction that starts at 7AM. Not a problem for an early riser, but keep in mind if planning on sleeping in. Wish the housekeeping staff would not throw out the soap and replace towels every day. Guests should be able to make an ecological choice to reuse these. Beware of tour groups that may take over the entire breakfast space at opening. I found that coming 30 minutes later would work.

Buona la posizione e la cortesia alla reception... per il resto c'è molto da migliorare... mancano le tende chiare, quindi o si sta al buio oppure in vetrina verso il vicinato inoltre non vi sono punti d'appoggio in bagno e dove le luci non sono adeguate per radersi (lo sanno in struttura... ma non provvedono) inoltre a colazione il personale non sparecchia i tavoli in tempi brevi con la difficoltà funzionale ed estetica che ne deriva... manca una figura di coordinamento per la qualità del servizio... ed una base di professionalità per evitare disagi alla clientela...

Sono stato in questo per 2 notti e sono stato bene il personale molto gentile. La camera Singola bella e spaziosa posizionato nel corso di Salerno vicino ai mezzi pubblici. Diciamo che la cosa che non mi è piaciuta la colazione (e solo un mio personale giudizio) per il resto era tutto perfetto

Albergo molto accogliente, con personale gentilissimo e davvero paziente. Posizione ottima lungo la passeggiata dei negozi, vicinissimo al lungomare e al centro storico. Camere un po’ piccole ma accoglienti e luminose, grande televisore. Colazione completa
