The hotel is in a perfect location with a great panorama over the port of Salerno and the coast.
Unfortunately the spa was closed due to the season!
The rooms are large and clean, the superior room even had two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub... I understand, both with a toilet...

Arrived in the room we got welcomed by a toilet not cleaned, I’ve reported the issue to the desk and the lady asked me if I wanted a new room or get it cleaned saying that the room was marked as cleaned but wasn’t ( I think this wasn’t true because all the other things were cleaned). luckily her colleague understood the situation and promptly upgraded the room to a sea view room, this time with a sealed toilet. The hotel is in a good location, paid parking nearby but difficult to understand how can be rated as 4 stars hotel, I would only give 2 stars maximum. The breakfast is nothing special and looks more like a canteen rather than a breakfast hotel room of a 4 stars hotel. I won’t stay at this hotel again.

Pessima avventura Siamo stati in questo hotel per una gita scolastica,cibo disgustoso per questo tutti i miei compagni che hanno mangiato la pasta sono stati male, hotel in condizioni pietose per essere un 4 stelle, e per concludere abbiamo dovuto pagare 50€ per una lampada che non abbiamo rotto ma era già rotta quindi vi sconsiglio di andarci

Per una lampadina rotta ne vogliono pagate 3, le lenzuola sono di carta,sotto il letto è pieno di polvere e peli,le lampade cadono dal muro ,l'aria condizionata non funziona bene,il personale è scontroso e cibo pietoso,mnjjjjhhhhhhhhjjj

La prima volta a Salerno, in questo albergo che dona un panorama unico. La colazione molto ricca e variegata dal salato con uova sode, strapazzate a formaggi e prosciutti di ogni tipo. Un buffet a parte solo pet i dolci. Sala ampia e luminosissima. Anche le stanze sono spaziose e ben arredate. Non manca nulla. La sera avevo freddo e mi hanno portato una coperta firmata LANEROSSI. Ogni piano ha una coperta di colore diverso: a me era toccata quella color verde acqua, profumata e morbida. Pulizia e cortesia alla reception. Mi sono trovato benissimo. Certamente ci tornerò
