I didn't check the check-in time and it was already past the check-in time, but I called and they kindly accommodated me.
The room was very comfortable and it was a very enjoyable stay.

All fine. Useful furnishings. Lots of space for one person. Balcony with nice view. Good value for money. Flexible organisation. Nice, friendly and generous host. Italian style breakfast (coffee, dolce and fruit juice) in coffee place in 1 minute distance, OK. Normal city neighbourhood. Takes 20 minutes walk to waterfront and center. Good public transport connections. Wifi with some hiccups.

Nos atendió Patrizia, una persona encantadora. El piso está a unos 10 minutos del paseo marítimo. Nosotros no utilizamos el servicio de desayuno, que se hace en el bar de abajo, saliendo a la derecha a muy pocos metros. Es el séptimo piso y hay ascensor.

La signora che gestisce il b&b è una persona molto carina e disponibile. La camera è moderna e pulita. Localizzato molto vicino al centro e non abbiamo dovuto usare mezzi pubblici. Se si è fortunati si trova parcheggio gratuito sotto lo stabile ( noi lo abbiamo trovato). Altrimenti la signora vi consiglia un parcheggio a 4/5 euro al giorno. La zona ha molti negozi e supermercati proprio sulla via dello stabile. Il bar sotto il palazzo è convenzionato per fare la colazione. Perfetto direi. Le uniche cose per cui non metto 5 stelle perché la stanza è troppo fredda. I condizionatori per scaldare la stanza ci mettono molto per scaldare l'ambiente e il bagno risulta freddo non essendo provvisto di riscaldamento, inoltre ho avuto problemi con l'acqua calda della doccia dopo 3 Min mi sono ritrovata a fare la doccia fredda. Dopo 15 Min è ripartito però nel mentre il freddo della stanza il freddo della doccia è stato un enorme disagio, motivo per cui il mio compagno si è dovuto fare la doccia il giorno seguente. Infine cmq è un appartamento diviso in b&b quindi non adatto a chi non tollera i minimi rumori..per me non è stato un problema.

La posizione del B&b è centrale, ma la zona comunque è tranquilla. La camera è molto ampia e luminosa, e soprattutto pulitissima. La signora Patrizia è sempre gentile e disponibile. Ci ritornerò sicuramente, sono davvero soddisfatta. 5 pallini meritatissimi
