I was on a business trip in Manchester and was too tired to drive back to London at night, so I chose this hotel nearby. The front desk service was good, the room hygiene standard was good, the bathroom was a little small and the facilities were a little old, but for this price, the cost performance was good, and parking was very convenient, 10 pounds a night right behind the hotel

Apart from being a bit far from the center of Manchester, everything else is pretty good. The environment is quite good, you can go out for a walk in the evening. It only takes fifteen minutes to get to the city center by taxi.

When we arrived there was plenty of parking available which was a plus point for us.
We approached the reception to check in, and they were very welcoming. There may have been a small issue with our booking I'm not sure what it was maybe our room was not ready but it was resolved quickly and we got upgraded to a King room with river view. I got asked how I'd like to pay for our visit, but I had to inform them that it's already been paid online.
After dinner we stopped at the beverage counter for a hot drink and soft drink. The server was really nice and she was accomodated to our needs.
The room itself was spacious and modern. We really liked the smart TV as it gave us more options to watch something.
The bathroom was nice as well however the toilet was a little stained.
Overall enjoyed our stay.
