"Room is fairly clean and has a working A/C system, but can feel dated at times. Not much to expect as it is a budget hotel. Staff are courteous. No kettle in the room. Drinking water dispenser is located near the lobby, free tea/coffee provided, there is also an option to get pizza but Starbucks and McDonalds are just across the street if you want a quick bite. Close proximity to tram station and Old Trafford stadium which is only a 20 minute walk, excellent location if you are there for the footie. Solid option if you are in the area for matchdays and looking for a short stay."

"The environment is okay. There is a Hong Kong receptionist on duty in the morning. She is very polite and hard-working👍"

"Basic good value hotel with all that you need for an overnight stay. Staff very friendly and happy to help. Had to change rooms as first one stunk of ********, no problems in doing and very apologetic. Near to tram to take you into Manchester.  Would use again, if looking for a no frills clean comfortable good value overnight stay near to Manchester concerts, matches and nightlife and happy to use tram then this is for you."

"Second time staying but this time at Citysuites 2. Absolutely in love with the heated pool and steam room. Also tried out the fully-equipped and well-spaced gym. Reception always friendly and helpful. Room fresh and clean. Lovely selection at brekkie. Highly recommend the Eggs Royale. Will defo stay there again next time we’re back."

"Great location for AO Arena and the city centre. Friendly staff, clean room, comfy bed and good complimentary breakfast. A bit of noise at night from the pub but I would definitely be happy to stay here again"

"Staff went above and beyond expectations in customer service and making our christmas experience a positive one. We really enjoyed our stay all the staff were welcoming, we ate in restaurant and food was very good value, and despite the bank holiday they happily prepared meals and drinks we requested and wished us well on our departure."

"Excellent stay and much improved with the refurb. Staff were excellent too, definitely up to the standard we've come.to expect from Marriot Hotels. Room was nice and comfortable, great pool , sauna, gym and the location is quiet. Great coffee too, worth a mention. Will definitely stay again"

"Lovely hotel for a weekend away for a concert with partner. Room was clean and, although a bit outdated, was perfect for a few nights stay. There was a mini fridge which was a great addition to use for drinks and snacks. The view across the quay was beautiful. Overall a great stay at the copthorne."
