Service was excellent. My check in was fast and extremely efficient. My room was clean. Amenities were spot on. Location excellent as far as food and proximity to downtown area. Anytime I come to Syracuse, this is where I stay. Hands down!

24hr Dennys and Dunkin donut next door. Plenty of parking. I checked in late & there was 24 hr attendant on duty. Contential breakfast but i was too comfortable to get up early for it. Only bad part was ice machine not working but there was frig in room. Would deffinetly stay there again if in area.

It was very dirty but the staff was nice but it was still very unclean and couldnt even shower thats how uncomfortable i was
