This room was very clean and comfortable, the staff was able to accommodate me after having to book at 9:00pm for the same night.

The hotel was being renovated. They opened too soon. The hotel had an odor of paint and other chemicals. It was stronger in the hallways but there was still a smell on the rooms. We were asked to let them know it there were any issues, since we would be the first to stay in the room. Our toilet wouldn’t flush properly and the odor almost drove us out of the room. (And the bathroom door stuck.) The lady at the front counter just wrote everything down. We left after a subpar breakfast with not even an apology, let alone compensation's for an awful stay. My daughter would become dizzy when she walked in the hallway. Lucky it was only one night.

Attention to detail is not a strong suit of the housekeeping staff. There was trash and crumbs in the corners and under the desk, and although the washcloth and hand towel were neatly folded, there was a dark, short, and curly hair on the washcloth.

We thought the stay was a good value. Room was clean.
The staff was extremely nice and accommodating.
The free breakfast was a bit lacking. There could have been maybe some yogurt offered. Really no protein offerings. But there is a Denny's adjacent with the hotel offering a 10% discount at Denny's as well as the adjacent Pizza shop. We'd stay there again.

Leakage/puddle on the floor due to gap around shower door. Carpet poorly vacuumed all along the walls. My stay
there was not worth my money. I will not return.

Building needs renovations. Hallways are dark, carpet needed cleaning. Room was small and smelled of mold/mildew. Front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. The other hotels in the area where I would typically stay were fully booked or crazy expensive.

We arrived in the PM ... the initial room was dirty and the bathroom smelled of urine ... we were given a second room and again, the bathroom smelled of urine ... upon looking at a third, that room wasn't even cleaned. We were able to get a no-penalty cancellation (per the on-duty clerk) and found a nice room in a hotel less than a half mile away.

We stayed for a weekend. The hotel is older and could use a facelift. Other than that, our stay was pleasant and comfortable. The rooms and bathroom are on the smaller side. There’s a Denny’s next door for hot breakfast. The hotel did not offer hot breakfast. Not much offered for breakfast. If you want something affordable, it works.
