"AVOID THIS PLACE!! I’m a diamond member and I had a miserable experience. First room = no closet, second room=bugs, third room=TV didn’t work!! I saw a roach in the elevator AND the older front desk clerk made a sarcastic comment to me. The manager was supposedly notified of my issues but I was NEVER CONTACTED!! Initially it looks like a nice place (trickery)! It’s anything other than nice."
