The hotel was definitely clean and the beds were very comfortable. The problems I had were I booked and paid for the room for 2 nights. After the first night, housekeeping advised that I was only booked for 1 night. I went to the front desk and the desk cler kept insisting that I was only in tge room for one night. When I tried to show her my receipt she said my receipt did not matter, she would have to go into the office and check the website directly. She came vack with a receipt and proceeded to tell me that it showed I was only booked for 1 night. Again I tried to show her my receipt, but again she wouldn't look at it. As I looked at the invoice I realized it was for a different person - someone named Max! When I pointed that out she pulled out a paper file of my booking and realized I should have been in another room - not the one I was in. On the file she crossed the room number and added the room I was actually in. Next day as I was in the room, the door opened and in walked two people thinking it was their room Their key worked to let them in!! I went back downstairs to talk to a different desk clerk who didn't really want to listen to me, but talked over me to let me know the mistake was corrected. On the day I was to check out, I got a wake up call at 5:00 a.m. that I didn't ask for!! I had been hoping to sleep in a bit longer.
The desk clerks were not completely unfriendly, but they did border closely to rude and really trying not to bear responsibility.
