Es war ein sehr guter Aufenthalt hier. Im Preis inbegriffen war das Frühstück, freier Aufenthalt im Park PortAventura sowie ein Tag im Ferrari Land. Das Hotelzimmer war sehr geräumig und besitzt ein großes Doppelbett und ein kleines Einzelbett.

We had to ask what hotel they had assigned us because they didn't send us the email the day before.
We recommend having breakfast early because there are many people later, you have to reserve the time in advance.

Pros - close to the park and close enough to go for food at night.
Breakfast was nice and not to busy if you go at 8am. Expect to queue otherwise
Cons - we did the roulette but they didn't even tell us which hotel we were in. We ended up just turning up to el paso and finding that we were meant to be staying there.
They also failed to send through our room number and then to top it off after giving details to reception for our pickup car the security refused entry because they hadn't been sent through.
Pool side loungers were really uncomfortable. Toilet paper was worse than the 2 star budget we stayed in next and some toiletries that were meant to be provided were empty.
I wouldn't class this as a 4star hotel and we didn't even visit in peak season so some of the above isn't something I would expect.

The El Paso hotel, although a little dated, has adequate services and spaces. The arch is a mess with endless queues and few really interesting attractions. Ferrariland has only one notable attraction but be prepared for an exhausting wait.

We stayed in hotel Gold River. We found it to be not the best value. The room was very noisy, there is no fitness room in the hotel, the playground is closed. the walk to the park is very long, especially with small children. we didn't enjoy the room- the sink had blockage, the cleaning was only everyday after we called and asked why they didn't came.

When we arrived they did not have our reservation, until we managed to get a room, half the morning had passed and we entered the park with half a day lost.
We were at the Caribbean hotel and the facilities left something to be desired, they already looked old, the sink in our room leaked water and made noise all the time, in the morning the hot water did not come out until ten minutes had passed.
The room was not very good, as soon as we arrived we found hair, which of course was not ours.
The only positive thing is the staff, very friendly and polite all the time, both in the hotel and in the park.
