Lorsque on a l habitude de se lever de bonne heure il est regrettable que le restaurant du petit déjeuner n’ouvre qu’a 8 h petante et pas une minute avant , se qui fait qu’il y a la cohue à la seule machine à café qui marche les autres étant toujours en panne. Pour le restaurant c’est très répétitif .

Reservé porque me aseguraron que había animación infantil, y se pasan el programa, literalmente por el forro. Todo el programa cancelado, sin ningún aviso. En recepción no saben, no contestan. Todos los niños esperando, y nada de programa.

I was very disappointed that there were no disabled parking spaces at the front of the hotel and that I was asked to pay for underground parking as soon as I registered at the reception. Many other hotels offer free parking for disabled guests and these are often located very close to the reception.

Buena experiencia. Habitación buena, era Junior suite. Desayuno bien. Aunque era de 4 estrellas no tenian Cava, y si querias se pagaba a parte. Las almohadas no muy cómodas. En general muy bien y cerca de Port Aventura.

The room was as per pictures on the website, basic and dated but clean, the cleaners called every day and were very friendly. Air conditioning worked well in the room and the room was small but comfortable. Front desk staff not so approachable, breakfast included, very average, pool area was always overcrowded and uncomfortable. No towels provided for pool. Location was ok, 15 min walk to beach, 20 minute walk to water park.

Una vergüenza de hotel en noviembre un frío que pela , yo con una niña de 7 años , y me dicen que ellos no ponen la calefacción, adjunto imagen de lo que me han dejado en la habitación como solución, unas mantas , señores que se supone que son un hotel de 4 estrellas, jamás me había pasado algo así, la gente con plumíferos en el hall y el bar , en la vida me ha pasado algo así , no se lo recomiendo a nadie , una experiencia muy desagradable en familia

Casi todo estaba bien, pero el domingo por la tarde pagamos para relajarnos en el spa, y resulta que dejaron entrar niños con flotador gigante tipo rueda de tractor y se pasaron las 2 horas saltando en bomba haciendo competiciones de natación y saltando desde el borde del spa, además de estar gritando todo el tiempo. La persona responsable del spa no estaba en su puesto y no había nadie controlando que la gente respetara las normas.

Ha bajado muchisimo la calidad de la comida, todos los dias repetitivas y mal cocinada incluso con alimentos hechos de varios dias atras, no volveremos ni lo recomebdamos a nadie, repito comida basura total.
