In a great location, near to centre, bars and beach. Staff welcoming, friendly and helpful. Rooms very nice, cleaned daily, toiletries provided, hairdryer, TV, full length mirror, ample storage, nice balcony size and we had a pool view. Small downside for us was no plug socket near mirror and safe was expensive. Went full board, all food very nice, ample choice, microwave if required, chef station for fresh meat/fish, reasonable drinks prices. Had to pay for luggage storage on last day. Nice clean bar and pool area, can imagine pool and dining room get very busy in height of season. Indoor pool was great for a cloudy day.

Excellent hotel. Brilliant location for bars, beach and local transport. Staff always pleasant and very efficient. Very clean. Food was really good. Something for everyone. Small hotel which we do prefer. Would be ideal as an adult only hotel. We will definitely return .

To me this hotel is exactly what I look for on holiday. A fantastic environment to spend some quiet quality time with friends. We went half board, so breakfast and dinner (which we sometimes swapped for lunch if going out in the evening). Amazing choice of food catering for all nationalities. The food may not be as hot as us Brits like if it’s been out for a little while but wasn’t a problem at all for us. If it is, there’s a microwave you can use for 30 secs. Job done! The most amazing and friendly staff I have ever met in a hotel. A huge shout out to them all as they really help make the holiday. The bar/cafe staff always made sure we were ok and would always stop to ask how our day/evening had been. Reception staff always greeted us every day when heading out. Rooms are lovely, fantastic view if you’re able to get a high floor. The whole hotel is spotless and you can see staff cleaning non stop to keep it that way. Shops, bars and restaurants 2 mins from the front door Thank you all for an amazing relaxing break, can’t wait to return again in May. A holiday is what you make of it and to me this hotel is a little piece of heaven.

Just got back from this hotel it's not a 4 star hotel more like 3 star the pros are it's close to the main bit of salou a 2 min walk and is a quiet hotel if that is what you like. the bad - the beds are rock hard and the breakfast is the worst I've had at a hotel all the fry up is cold or loop warm as it is a buffet and doesn't get restocked hardly at all I think because it is a small hotel. Overall was alright but I wouldn't return to this hotel as it was a big disappointment.

Definitely not a 4 star hotel Room No natural lighting in the bathroom and quite dark. Also no extractor fan so if you need the bathroom mirror after someone then leave the door open while having a shower. Not many hangers to hang clothes and rail not high enough to accommodate maxi dresses. No glasses or cups in the room apart from 2 paper cups in bathroom and no kettle. Only plug sockets were next to each bedside table so had to stand up in bathroom to use hairdryer and straigners in front of a mirror and couldn't use our travel iron without dragging a little table out close to a socket. No drawers or enclosed storage space, everything was open No privacy on balcony in room 520 and next door to the maids quarters so it was noisy every morning. The noise from the hotels entertainment behind our hotel is very loud but finishes at 12pm. Even with earplugs I couldn't sleep. There was no remote for the air conditioning other than a panel on the wall as you walk into the room. The min temperature you could have was 19° and the max 24°. It was annoying not having a remote control. Beds were firm and not very comfortable. I woke up stiff and sore most days. Hotel We only stayed bed & breakfast. Breakfast was ok. Enough options but don't expect a full English. Lifts were good and rarely full. Indoor pool and sauna was nice. If you want to use the sauna there's a telephone at the entrance you call to ask them to turn it on. Maids cleaned every day and changed towels. Beds were made daily but bedding itself changed once a week. All staff were friendly and the hotel was kept very clean. Bar wasn't manned all the time. Stood there for a while on numerous occasions waiting for someone. Only every struggled to get a sunbed by the pool once. Location It IS up a hill! and if you walk from the bottom of it it's a killer in the heat (we're not the fittest of people). We tended to walk to the end of the beach and up the steps which brings you to near the supermarket. Then kept to the right in the shade before crossing over to the hotel. You can cut down the steps left of the supermarket to get to the beach. We were charged 23euros for 2 sun loungers & umbrella near the hotel , but 20euros further down. There's a wooden post that you can't cross if paying for these, so people bringing their own chairs or even just towels can lie them closer to the sea if they wish. If you walk down the hill there are plenty of shops and bars to choose from including tabacco shop. You can also walk down the beach/esplanade and the bus station is half way down. The port is at the end. The ferry to Cambrills is a nice day out. The markets in Cambrills are on Wednesdays.
