Ibersol Spa Aqquaria

Older property but large spacious apar**ent. Great management and apar**ent well equipped shame we were there for only one night.

No problems although would've been nice to find a rubbish bin somewhere in the apar**ent.

As a family of 4 we stayed at ibersol apar**ents salou because it was cheap, open in February and near portaventura parks, u really get what u pay for here so if ur fussy do not book this hotel ,cheap accomadation, very basic, old and run down inside, dont undrstand why guests have to pay a 100 deposit as the rooms are already in a bad state,i have stayed in much better places and never had to give a deposit. I took pictures of repairs needed to show reception staff what the room was like when we entered it ,they too did not understand why guests were asked to pay 100 deposit either as apar**ents are already in need of such repair,shower door even fell off while using the shower, home over 2 weeks now and have not received our deposit back,i will make an enquiry today, double bed was so hard i cant describe it,my back was in bits. Seems like some of the apar**ents have full time resisdents,alot of men seem to reside here, coming and going all times of day and night.i would not come back here but i did know what to expext as i had read alot of reviews similar to mine before i booked and as it was so cheap we decided to stay.Despite all this great heating system,apar**ents were nice n warm which is needed in february. Reception staff very friendly and helpful, they should recieve praise from managment for this.
