L'accueil est très chaleureux. Le personnel est très agréable et gentil. L'hôtel est propre. Le restaurant buffet est qualitatif. Il y a du choix et chaque jour c'est différent. Les chambres type : suite famille sont très confortables (1 première chambre avec 1 lit double puis 1 seconde chambre avec 3 lits simples). Les chambres sont propres et bien équipées (savon et shampooing dans la douche à disposition, savonnettes en plus, de nombreuses serviettes, 1 espace quitchinette avec 1 micro-ondes, 1 évier, 1 petit réfrigérateur, 4 tasses et sous-tasses à café avec des sachets thé, infusion, café dosettes de lait à disposition). La literie est bonne. La terrasse est grande, accessible par les deux chambres. 1 penderie dans chaque chambre (prévoir quelques cintres supplémentaires perso) plus de nombreuses étagères. Petit bémol, 1 sanitaire pour 4 personnes.

Golden port Salou was very clean and modern. We went for a short break and the weather was really nice and not too hot. All the staff including Javier from the restaurant, was really friendly and helpful in everything they did. The cleaners came and made the beds everyday. The entertainment was excellent for everyone including children and families. ( quizzes and games). The location is also really good as it is a short 5 min walk to the beach. There is also lots of shops and restaurants that have many options of food. There is lots of places to sit inside and out and lots of sunbeds. We only had the breakfast but from what we have seen it has all been great and we would definitely consider going here again.

Stayed for a short 3 day break in Salou. Having stayed at one of its sister hotels last year, I was hoping it would be of the same high standard, and I was not disappointed. All the staff are very friendly, polite and helpful. The food in the buffet was exceptionally good quality, with an incredible range of choices available. Bedrooms recently modernised and refurbished, everywhere kept spotlessly clean. Bar prices very reasonable, and spirit measures very generous. We were a group of seven, and every one of us were impressed with the staff in all depar**ents, from reception, bar staff, buffet concierge, staff in the restaurant, and cleaning girls, all extremely friendly and polite. 10/10 in all depar**ents.

Fantastic hotel and staff especially with my son with special needs. They went out of there way to help us in every way. The service and kids team were second to none. Very close to beach and a nice and relaxed place to visit. Food was fantastic and pools were lovely

We had heard great things about this hotel before we came with my wife, two children 6 & 15 years old (the eldest one has special needs) and my parents. We have never experienced a better hotel in all our years of going on holiday. From arrival to leaving it was simply brilliant. The location is great and less than 10 mins in a taxi to the theme parks and shopping centres. The beach is about 5 mins walk. The room we selected was a family suite with pool view which was very big with a large wrap around balcony and was perfect for us. The food was excellent with a huge variety every day. The kids club and the hotel animation team were absolutely fantastic and put on loads of activities everyday and there were great entertainment acts on each night. The highlight for us though were all the staff who took great time with our children especially our eldest son and the two kids loved every minute of it. We will be coming back in a few months and we cannot recommend this hotel any higher

The hotel is good and having an indoor pool and spa is a very good advantage and the rooms have been completely renovated. They are very good, although the cleanliness of the rooms leaves a lot to be desired. They only limit themselves to making the beds and laying out the towels. They have not swept or mopped in the 4 days we have been there, nor have they dusted. They don't even refill the gel bottles, apart from the glasses they leave in the bathrooms, one of them was already dirty when we arrived. They didn't clean the sink or the shower. Besides, it rained on us and our terrace looked like a constant river, it was more than half wet...
