Hotel Best Mediterraneo

I stayed for a weeks holiday at best mediterraneo last September 2023, so decided to go back again this year but in May (17th - 24th ). Personally I couldn't find any fault with this hotel. The hotel is clean & all staff are amazing. I was on the 5th floor room 510 in the corner, over looking the outside bar area & pools. The rooms were cleaned on a daily basis with fresh towels if needed. I'm a solo traveller, but if there is more than two people sharing a room then its a bit of a tight space, not much hanging space, a double sliding wardrobe, hanging space one side & shelves the other, but there is a safe for valuables etc, I had two double beds, which were very comfortable,mini fridge, a good size bathroom with a walk in shower. Self seving food was served in the restaurant, unless you wanted food like omelette, pancakes, fresh meat & fish which was freshly cooked. Hot drinks were from a machine & soft drinks & alcohol was brought to you by the waiter. If the restaurant isn't open, then the outside bar is, where they served hotdogs, hamburgers, toasties & chips. Plenty of outdoor space with chairs & tables, a good size pool but gets very busy so you might want to get there hand & a small one for the kids, but it was only open from 10am till 7pm,( different when I went in September) after that it shuts then the inside bar will open with entertainment seving drinks from 7pm till 11.30pm. Must say the lifts are very slow, so if your on the floors above 3 or more it maybe quicker to take the stairs. The hotel is based not far from the main *****, about 10 min walk, shops, bars, food & the beach.

7 night stay all inclusive 2 adults and 2 children. Plus points No problems at check in. Hotel foyer was clean and tidy, staff helpful.. Nice location plenty of shops and bars within walking distance although the walk back up the hill was a bit much at night! Dining was good plenty of choice food and drinks.although could get busy at times. Well stocked bar and staff were great. Kids could help themselves to pop and water during the day at the pool bar and there was a choice of ice cream. Minus notes.. room was very small for the 4 of us, just a normal sized room with an extra double bed in actual fact there wasn't room to swing a cat! Hardly any storage, a set of drawers underneath the tv ( which was a complete waste of room) would have been good.. Thought the room could have been cleaner however with our stuff everywhere was probably nigh on impossible. Lifts were a nigh**are, as we were on the 5th floor. Didnt mind the walk down but 100+ steps going up.. If you're not a fan of pigeons don't go!! They were an absolute nigh**are near the pool bar. On the whole enjoyable but wouldn't come back

Everything was perfect. Especially girls at reception (Alina and her college from UA) were extremely polite and friendly. 🙏😀 Nice hotel for quiet stay - great location. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The meal was tasty and beverage (vine and beer) - good

Holiday 30th April-5th may all inclusive.This hotel was lovely,it was a lovely 5 night break with family.The hotel rooms were lovely and clean,we got the requests of high floor and pool view.The staff and food were lovely and always helped if you had a query.Big shout out to the kids entertainment lady Megan who was absolutely brilliant with the children and always took time out to speak to the adults as well.The reception desk staff were also lovely and very helpful and Teo in the restaurant was lovely and friendly.Room tips 637-641 pool view.Thankyou Hotel Best Mediterraneo ,we will be back.O’Neill and Flower family.
