Service and breakfast very good, but it's a shame that the shower comes out of water everywhere, it's a bit annoying to see water everywhere and a foot dryer soaked in water constantly, right?

Hotel staff friendly always someone at reception 24 hours, hotel really clean maid service available each day. Food choices basic not much variety ate out most of time. Pools cold were plenty of loungers out. Entertainment minimum. Location great for a base and good value for what you get.

I booked this accommodation based on price and location for Portaventura theme park. The hotel room and bathroom were nice and has a balcony. The beds are uncomfortable. It is central for buses which you can get to airport and into Barcelona Town centre. Approx 10 euro in taxi to themepark and evening around 14 euro. Reception staff were friendly. I would not return to this hotel based on the thin walls and experience of noise from other rooms. It is a nice cheap hotel that attracts the type of people who do not care how much noise they make throughout the early hours of the morning.

Highly recommend this hotel for short and long stays. Very nice and clean hotel area and rooms. Staff very friendly and helpfull. We stay with a HB - very nice food, choice from fish, meat, vegan. Nice desserts. You can always find something different for yourself. Great view from roof top as you can see from my pictures. Small pool area but very clean and enough for relax. Close to the beaches with short walk... you can choose and explore the area from small to big beaches. I recommend a enjoyable walk around the coast with wonderful views, not recommend with small children - lots of steps;) Close to centre of Salou. Few markets and shops around the hotel.

En general, no lo recomiendo. Lo mejor del hotel es que aceptan perros y las camas, muy comodas. Pero realmente la relacion calidad-precio no es la mejor. Por lo que vale, deja en general bastante que desear: el buffet del desayuno y la cena es muy pobre, la limpieza es justita, te cobran 20€/día por mascota que me parece una exageración, te retienen un depósito de 200€ como fianza. Por cierto, los jacuzzis de la terraza siempre cerrados. Y si te toca una habitación en los pisos inferiores, por ejemplo un segundo piso, te tocarán unas vistas a unos apartamentos viejos y abandonados.

Premièrement ils disent parking disponible. Pas du tout elle m'a dit il est trop petit vois pouvez pas entrer la voiture cherchez dehors comme il était minuit pas de places disponible.....
C'est vrai la chambre et la litterie sont propre mais odeur graaave dans la salle de bain allergique comme moi j'arrivais pas à dormir
