Accueil OK, mais avec le sourire c'est mieux. Nous avons réservé un emplacement de parking (OK - couvert et juste à côté de l'hôtel), à accès soi-disant par détection de plaque, mais avons du sonner à chaque entrée et sortie pratiquement. Hôtel globalement bien situé. Belles chambres très spacieuses, super douche, grandes serviettes, bonne litrerie, mais réveil systématique des éboueurs à 3h chaque nuit (chambre vue mer latérale = côté rue) + bruit des passants houleux, scooteurs etc., donc pas très reposant... Le vitrage mériterai sans doute d'être remplacé/renforcé. Frigo dans la chambre hyper pratique mais ne refroidi pas assez pour y conserver de la nourriture, et pas de bouilloire. Espace piscine un peu exigu, piscine carrelée et pas mal de traces de moisissure sur les joints + vite à l'ombre l'après-midi. Spa non testé car fermé le samedi après-midi + dimanche. Petit déjeuner médiocre en termes de choix et qualité. Personnel de restaurant + ménage souriants et agréables. Très propre.

Hotel is nice and the staff friendly. The downside is the food, it was cold and some of the meats were undercooked. In fact we ended up eating out most of the time. If you are getting a room here I suggest a sea view we upgraded to this and the room is bigger and you get a coffee making machine. There are no English channels on the TV except sky news but that's a choppy signal. On the whole quite disappointed

We came at the beginning of the season, we slept here separately for two nights. The hotel looks beautiful, it smells very nice (a scent that you can also buy!) and it is also very clean. The rooms are spacious and have a spacious terrace and there is little to no deferred maintenance. The swimming pool is not heated, which would have been a nice plus, but I understand that this is not much in Spain due to the warm climate. I am taking one star out of five because the wellness area could really use some love, this is a space that does not fit in with the whole! We have a lot of ideas for this; let me know.

What a wonderful place. I have never slept in a bed so big. Comfy too. The rooms are beautiful and facilities excellent. Pool was a big plus, with lots of recliners and pool towels were provided. We didnt book inclusive but had Breakfast twice which was amazing, the choice of fooodstuffs was excellent.

I chose this hotel which is (advertised as) a 4-star superior. Lovely room with a pool view. But ... NO kettle or tea/coffee-making facilities. Big oversight. Balcony has DECK CHAIRS - not good if you have back or mobility issues. A point off for these issues. Wi-fi? Don't bet on it. Erratic to say the very least. And if you're searching for an English channel or two on the telly (maybe you're missing your Corrie!) forget it. Sky News and that's it. Germans and French well-catered for, however. Lose another point. I cannot comment on the food as I was room only.

Good welcome from staff on arrival. Impeccable room, cleanliness of the room as well as the premises, nothing to complain about. Good quality of bedding. Varied, good quality catering. Very helpful staff, available and very friendly. Without forgetting the geographical location which makes this hotel a place to recommend.
