On my first visit, I wasn't particularly impressed with the food, so this time I decided to skip dining at the hotel. However, everything else, from the easy check-in process to the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms, exceeded my expectations.

Unfortunately we were only here for one night! Great evening and breakfast buffet that leaves absolutely nothing to be desired. Also ideal value for money! No garage space with a camper. Parking spaces outside nearby are a matter of luck!

All liked it. Very pleasant stay, nice room, wonderful restaurant, 2 small swimming pools with sun loungers. When we stayed in the same hotel before the pandemic in 2017, it was very noisy at night due to clubs and pubs in the immediate vicinity. In 2023 they were all closed. It’s a pity that the hotel does not keep records of guests and did not mark our second visit in any way.

General areas of the hotel were nice. Our bedroom was in need of some TLC. It was clean everyday to a nice standard but needed a a deep clean and attention to details that the chambermaids simply didn’t have the time for such as hand prints on windows. Spit dribbles down the walls and suspicious brown marks on the bathroom door.
We were only booked in for breakfast and were sadly disappointed by the standard. Poor selection of cereals, the hot drinks were all awful. Boiled eggs that hadn’t been blanched, so when you peeled the shell off, half the egg came away too. Funny tasting cooked tomatoes. The runniest beans you’ve ever seen. The list goes on.
After 3 days of trying we gave up when my partner brought it all back up after a strange tasting sausage.
Only 1 British TV channel. BBC News. So when it poured it down with rain all day it got a bit boring.
Staff were helpful if you asked but no one looked happy to be there. Or went out of their way to be friendly.
I was expecting a lot more from a hotel advertising its self as a 4* but we now know not to stay at any other Best Hotels if this is the standard they aim for.

She has a lot to say To start the buffet is not really good it is different from m are not well respected and the p paëla typically Spanish is really filthy To speak the rooms are much too small our room was located at the back from the hotel and the connection was not present in the room our room is also located opposite the cleaning room in the morning the noise was enormous we could not sleep The activities were not done For children more 10 years old the show was not very interesting The swimming pool is constantly full The hotel was very well located 2 minutes from the beach and five minutes from the city center
