The hotel environment is very good, breakfast and dinner are included, and the price/performance ratio is relatively high. Five minutes walk from Ferrari Park. I didn't make it in time to have dinner at the hotel on the first day. After calling us, the front desk clerk prepared a sumptuous dinner for us and delivered it to the room. The service attitude was super good. It was a great experience to enjoy the song and dance performance downstairs while having dinner. !

Four in a bed style review: 1. How were your hosts? Staff were miserable. Excluding the lovely young man on the pool reception area. (4/10) 2. How clean was it? Poor, toilets at the bar were disgusting. All the Maids did was make the beds. Didn’t wipe anything over or clean the floors the whole time we stayed. (1 week). However, the towels were changed daily. (3/10) 3. How were the facilities? Indoor pool was ok but had to book and purchase swimming hats. Outdoor pools were absolutely freezing. Entertainment was poor didn’t start until 10 nothing for the kids. (2/10) 4. How did you sleep? Beds were comfortable and clean. Hotels it’s self was in a nice quiet location but in walking distance to pubs and restaurants. Air conditioning worked but a little noisy. (8/10) 5. How was the food? Poor nothing for the kids to eat, the kids section didn’t even open for breakfast or lunch only dinner. If you wanted an alcoholic drink with your meal you had to go the bar area yourself and bring it to the restaurant. So busy and chaotic we regularly avoided going in. (2/10) 6. Would you stay here again? No.

We stayed for 3 nights at this hotel and loved every part of it! The hotel is located in a fantastic location, being about 10 minutes from the beach and 15 from Port Aventura. We visited in April 2024 and we were so lucky with the weather (about 20-25 degrees) which made our stay even better. ROOM We had the cheapest avaliable room on floor 3 (322) which was beautiful, modern and had everything we needed. The bed was comfy and huge (2 singles pushed together), we had a chair, fridge, desk, tv a variety of lighting options and a huge wardrobe. The balcony was spacious and included table and chairs. We had a pool (kind of) facing the balcony which had the sun most afternoon/ evening. The bathroom was lovely, we personally prefer to have a bath/shower instead of just shower so it was great we had the tub. Amenities were included such as toothbrush, paste, shampoo, body lotion... every basic you need. Pool area The pool area had plenty of sunbeds and was a nice big space with a lovely pool. We even went in (yes in April!!). There is an adults only rooftop lounge but we didn't go in here. You have to pay a 10 euro deposit for a towel (in cash) which we done. There was also a little splash pool, table and chairs and a functioning bar (even in lower season). Dining The dining was very average for a Spanish hotel so expect the basics. The dining area was split and very spatious though which was nice... it had a seperate area for bread and a 'meat' area which including a daily paella! Dessert options were nice especially the sweet table. I would say though, if you are veggie or have allergies, there isn't any labels. Overall would reccomend this hotel to families or couples, it has a lovely, clean atmosphere and everyone is so friendly!

Very Disappointed 😞 I always use TripAdvisor for suggestions and help with my choice !! So I like to give my opinion! So here goes ! Will list the positives first 1 animation Team was First class and my daughter loved Danny !! 2 Food was really good with Great choices for Breakfast and evening meal ( but be Early as it fills very quickly 3 Evening entertainment was good But kept changing over the days 4 Location is Perfect for Both Beach and Theme parks You can easily walk ! Now that's where it Ends ! Now For Negatives I also hope the hotel take notes 1 Clean 😯 I read in some reviews how clean it was !!! Well Not for me ! Main reception was ok But Toilet beside Bar was a disgrace!!! On my First day I entered the Male cubicle to change And was met with Mess all over toilet ( which I cleaned in case someone thought it was me !!! ) Then on Last night my partner entered female toilets And someone had missed the pan and All over the floor was fecise which she stepped in !!! We did report this to reception!! Also our Room on the 4th floor was extremely unclean! Floors were a me ess ! Now I read these kind of reviews and think people are Fussy But Honestly I am honestly not happy! 2 This was meant to be a family Holiday in a 4* family hotel!!! Well on our Final 2 nights we were Awoken around 2,-3 am with what I can only Describe as a Major party with Very loud music and people running between rooms !! Got so bad we had to phone reception Again!!! Again if U do read this at the hotel A bit of monitoring would definitely help ?? 3 After Reading Reviews I knew They Didn't have Iron or ironing board!! Again For me I nearly never booked this Hotel for that reason because I do like to do my clothes before I go out!! I was expecting to pay 3 euros a day for an iron !! ITS NOW 5 !! Also First one I got was hopeless!! Although they did change it for me!! 4 Room keys Didn't work on 3 different occasions??? So away down to reception to get a new one !! 5 When you enter for dinner your given a slip with your room number on it ! So when you order a drink it's marked down and you pay on the way out !! One evening I was wrongly accused of not paying the night before!!! But As I had already been there a few days They realised there mistake!! But no real apology!! Overall I wasn't over the moon about my 10 day stay!! Another word of Warning the pavements around the hotel are Very uneven!! I had a bad fall on my first day!!! I am Sorry it's SO negative But If you want a 4* rating You Need to earn it

3rd time we have stayed here, but wasn’t upto H10 standards. Just arrived home from a 4 night break. This time we brought family with us. Out of the 4 days there in the restaurant, we only got asked once if we would like a drink with our food in the afternoon and night time, ( 9 people yes 9 of us ) so in the end I went the bar my self and it’s about 50 meters away. When I came back with the drinks the male manager shouted I’m not allowed to bring drinks in. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. I immediately told him that There isn’t enough waiters, and in 2 days we hadn’t had a drink with our food, so decided to go the bar myself and buy it there. I also told him I will continue to do this for the rest of my holiday, and he soon shut up. There was not enough staff and cooks in the restaurant, we was stood at the live cooking for 7 minutes before the cooks decided to come out, it was unbelievable, an embarrassing as we told our family the H10 hotels are amazing, as we usually stay in the H10 Vintage, and the H10 Delfin in Salou, which are absolutely fantastic, as with all the other H10 Hotels we stay in. At the cooking station there’s a que for omelettes, and the same que for fried eggs. When the eggs get put out, people just go to the front of the que an take them, which is not there fault, as the hotel should have signs saying which que is for eggs and omelettes as this was causing trouble between residents. Also there was only one cook which was unbelievable as they couldn’t keep up with the demand, and resulted in your breakfast going cold. And dinner and evening meal. Please please H10 get more staff or people will go else where like the Olympus Palace or Marblau. Also waited at reception for pool towels for 20 minutes as there was people checking in, for then to be told you have to go down the stairs to the spa,, Why not put a sign above reception, so whilst people are queuing for towels they will see it an go down stairs rather than waiting an wasting there time. This happened on many occasions whilst we was sat in the lobby, so come on surely the staff should realise this. Kids was all disappointed as in the 4 days they never done pizza, a don’t think they actually do in the full board. Whilst this is one of the only family H10’s left in Salou in this area, as the vintage is now an adult only and the delphin is,its unbelievable. Also the vintage and Delfin do amazing food and pizzas. Cleaners are amazing, the place is spotless. The beds are lovely a comfy. Check in staff lovely. But due to the lack of staff in the restaurants we didn’t enjoy it, and it will be our last time we visit. Please go to the vintage an Delfin a see how they run them, as the are amazing. Thank you. Ps stayed in room 438. 437. 441. On the 20th April 2024 Please feel free to contact us.

Great hotel. We've been a few times. However the smoking in and around the pool is very bad. In the UK it's illegal to smoke indoors and we will have to choose a hotel that's non-smoking in future. We are not comfortable with smoke around our children. My husband ended up with a horrible headache. People also smoke in their rooms. It's very strong.

The H10 Salauris Palace, is in a great location to go to Port Adventure & Ferrari Land. You can't check in until 3 pm, so we had to leave our luggage in the lock up room. The beach is about 10 minutes away. Bars, restaurants & shopping nearby. Very good location, it has a very impressive reception area, with friendly staff, ( apart from the customer relations manager, she seemed to look down her nose at everybody ). Plenty of seating areas inside & outside. ROOMS - Great size, 2 big comfy double beds pushed together. 2 big mirrored wardrobes lots of space in them. FREE safe included. Fridge, TV only had 1 English channel. Armchair & table in the corner. Soft closing drawers & doors great idea stopped the noise. Large balcony with good size dryer we got all our washing dried. Bathroom - double walk in shower great water pressure & always hot water - no bath, toiletries included & good quality. Towels & bedding changed regularly, fantastic cleaners always did a very god job thank you ! FOOD - The restaurant was chaotic at times, lots of queues at he entrance to get in. There are a lot more 4* hotels in Salou, with better quality foods. It was luke warm most of the time. Breakfast - cooking station, the chef will do fresh omelettes, pancakes & fried eggs. Bacon, eggs, sausages, black pudding, cheese, ham, cereals, breads, pastries, fresh fruit. Coffee, juices, water. Dinner - cooking station, meat & fish. Salads, soup, cheese, ham, fresh meats. 3- 4 luke warm choices a couple of veg. Shell fish. Desserts, fruit. Good quality ice cream. Children's section that they couldn't really get to as it was to close to the adults queuing for warm food also adults eating all the children's chips & potatoes as they didn't put it with the warm food. The children's section should be on a separate area. The pizza was shocking, worst ever, the staff need training. Loud & noisy like a school canteen. Nice large pool with disabled hoist. Lots of sunbeds, you have to chase the sun round. Sunbathing area on the top of the Hotel is great, fantastic views of Reus, Ferrari Land & the surrounding area. Great for topping up your tan. Jacuzzi, shower & toilets. The area was looking a bit tied, decking needed repainting, but the best place in Salou for sunbathing. Adults only area over 16's only. Live entertainment every night, kids club, pool tables, video games, air hockey. Children's aster turf football pitch, children's play area Lots of places to sit & read, free reading books to borrow. Jet2 & TUI rep desks. Steam room & sauna. You can hire pool towels 5 euros each towel refundable on return, 1 euro for washing. Well equipped gym, indoor pool you need to wear a swimming hat. Underground parking. Room tip, wouldn't pay for a pool view - noise from the entertainment on a day & night until 12 am ( usual in Spain ). We had a room overlooking the road, facing Ferrari Land which was quiet & nice views. We would go back if we got a good price, b

I would highly recommend this hotel, we stayed for five nights in September/October. The reception is very bright modern, reception staff a pleasure to deal with. Restaurant was very busy for breakfast, my only complaint is is for the hotel to have more toast stations as it's very busy. Pool was freezing in 29 degree heat but it has indoor pool which was also fab and heated, no inflatables is annoying for children as they'd like to have some fun with them but i understand it's for safety. Room cleaned every day, housekeeping staff were so lovely and friendly. Entertainment was fab, we are family of 2+2 (8 and 14) and they loved it, the girl who does kids entertainment is outstanding - great energy! my only gripe was bar staff were not friendly and the menu in the bar was hit and miss i couldn't figure out when it would be normal menu or just pizza offered so that was strange. We will def be back next year, loved it.

2nd visit to this hotel and felt it’s deteriorated since our last visit. Good points: Nice pool, staff all polite and helpful. Good location, walking distance to Theme park, 10 minute walk to beach. Breakfast had a large range of hot/cold food. Bar area had a nice lunch menu food was nice and well presented. Areas for improvement The rooms were a little tired in need of a refurbishment. Large private group using the hotel for a conference and took over large areas of the outside seating area in the evening. The hotel became really busy during a local bank holiday unfortunately the hotel became really messy and noisy. Toilets beside the bar were often dirty and didn’t appear to be cleaned frequently. Rubbish/ glasses left in the corridors and lift which was really disappointing.
