Escribo en nombre de mi madre y cuatro amigas que pudieron disfrutar de una estancia durante una semana en el Hotel este mes de abril. Desde el primer día se sintieron muy bien tratadas. Las instalaciones son una maravilla, modernas y muy cómodas. Aunque el tiempo no les ha acompañado al 100%, han podido disfrutar de las piscinas. Ellas optaron por la media pensión y comentan que el buffet y la cena son espectaculares. Pero sobre todo, quieren agradecer el trato de todo el personal, pero especialmente de Ismael, Andrés, Jordi, Antonio y Nica. Han vuelto a casa con las pilas cargadas y con ganas de volver a un hotel de la misma cadena.

My first time staying here. An amazing hotel from start to finish. Couldn't fault anything. The restaurant staff were so good with me and my nut allergy. The gentleman in the suit (seemed to be in charge) took me around each evening to tell me what I could and could not eat. Also offered me other options if I wanted and the chef would make it fresh for me. Excellent customer service Thank you H10!! will definitely be back !

Hemos pasado un fin de semana perfecto con amigas, de relax, hemos reservado una cuádruple para estar todas juntas y hemos estado de lujo, con espacio mas que suficiente para las 4 y en el armario también cosa que se agradece. Las camas son muy cómodas. Al tener 2 piscinas, la gente estaba muy repartida y siempre había sitio, buen ambiente y mojitos recién hechos muy ricos. El bufet es buenísimo! Valoramos mucho la calidad de la comida, yo particularmente siempre prefiero los desayunos y eran espectaculares, creps recién hechos, bolleria de la buena (ensaimadas espectaculares), varios tipos de panes, embutido, fruta variada y todo lo que te apetezca. Hemos comido y cenado en el hotel y lo mismo, muy bueno con gran bufet de ensaladas, show cooking, paella muy rica... se nota que lo hacen con cariño. Además todo el personal muy atento, tanto en recepción como en restaurante, en el bar, Nika el animador... nos hemos sentido como en casa. Hemos decidido que esto va a ser una tradición y vendremos cada año porque hemos vuelto a casa renovadas y con ganas de repetir. Muchas gracias a tod@s!

Visited Salou in June last year for three nights. Never really had a poor experience visiting Spain and this continues that trend. Clean hotel, food facilities, reasonably priced food and drinks alongside attentive, friendly staff. The hotel was nicely located, near to restaurants, bars and the beach. Would happily return, hopefully for longer next time.

Decent hotel, great staff and pleasant stay - no real problems, but we did find the rooms to be small and without much comfort. Fine if you do not plan to spend too much time in your room.

The queues were the biggest turn off for us. You queue to go into the dining room Then you queue for food, this is the worst queue. The counter is just one sided. Queuing so long at different places for items of food meant that by the time you got a few food items they were cold when we got back to the table. It was awful Breakfast was poor, because there was insufficient food put out..no bread for toast, cereal containers empty. Hot food items very sp****, we weren't late , this was at 9am. Basic items like egg cups not available. Quality and choice of food was poor at evening meals, and the queues were cruel. Long queues to get in then you have to queue to get out, madness ! Dress code didn't exist for dinner, many men in vests and beach shorts. Worse dressed men I have ever seen allowed in a 4* dining room. I couldn't recommend this hotel. Room very basic for the extra we paid to upgrade to a deluxe room. Confused to see the glass bathroom door - with no locking device? Staff behind the bar always pleasant, but larger was always flat. Location of hotel is good. We enjoyed a few drinks in Harry Potter's bar next door, and a fun quiz with Anthea there in the evenings. We will return to Salou, it's a lovely resort, but we will won't return to the Vintage Hotel.

Swimming at your own risk as the pool attendant is away from the pool more than he is there the swimming is a risk The female staff at the bar are not at all friendly the male are good the food excellent and it’s the same story with the staff in the restaurant this could be a great place but the biggest problem is lacking pool attendant for prolonged periods of time unless it’s his lunch then it’s ok
