Nice, clean and central apartments. Lovely staff, bit noisy due to pub downstairs and no hairdryer etc, but can be rented from reception! Can be noisy in rooms with the hallway, but perfect for cheap and cheerful holiday in Salou ✨

The people at the reception were very friendly. The only problem that we have found is that the refrigerator was very deteriorated.

Very basic apartment hotel. There are almost no deck chairs in the swimming pool, and they share a bar with the apartment next door. The accommodation is closed and excessive parking charges 17 Euros per day.
Better option to book in advance

The first time going salou I wouldn’t go back because off the hotel we arrived the first night really late and when we got to the reception we had to pay a 100 euro deposit on a card that didn’t say we needed to pay when I booked it the bar staff was nice but the recption was horrible we got to the room and I never seen anything like it no kettle no toaster didn’t give us a double bed when I said I wanted one on the website gave us 2 singles no toilet roll or nun no body wash not even a towel TO ANYONE WHO WANTS TO GO SALOU DO NOT GET THIS HOTEL IT WOULD JUST RUIN YOUR HOLIDAY

Absolutely beautiful place couldn't fault it 2be fair, rooms are lovely & clean very spacious wit all the basics u need, huge balcony, staff were really nice & helpful 2us anyway so don't believe everything u hear & read, there is a reason for the deposit as I've seen wit my own eyes how people leave there rooms, leave the room how u found it (clean) & get rid of ur rubbish, not tat hard, deposit straight back!! Common nolege!! Location is perfect, shop's restaurants & beach within walking distance, bus stops everywhere for further travel if preferable, (for theme parks, historic stuff if interested) Will definitely stay here again 100% infact planning our next visit 2this hotel (apartment's self catering, not the Ritz) had everything & more than we expected for 2star, be grateful ❤️ We had a great time 👌Karen & Karina 🥰

For a cheap getaway at budget prices, it's very good, basic rooms and kitchen equipment but ideal for short breaks, when you don't cook. Plenty of close bars and restaurants, bar in hotel reasonable prices. Pool has sunbeds but not heated. You also have to pay £100 deposit, returnable on check out providing you follow rules

Don’t go anywhere near this place . It’s not fit for purpose. Filthy rooms blood on sheet . The beds are camp beds one was broken. Selling them as self catering, no kettle hob didn’t work microwave was filthy. Stag and hens partying all night can even hear phones from room next door . Stayed one night had no help from staff . Used emergency phone number they didn’t want to know. had to leave and book a different hotel for the rest of our stay . PLEASE FOR YOUR WELL EARNED HOLIDAY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE . Would recommend the area and Richard’s cafe dose a great breakfast lovely staff . Also lovely pint in Murphy’s bar .

Despite reviews, we had a real blast. From the swift check in with Julia who kindly allowed us to store our cases until our room was ready, to Brendan and his team in the bar who were an utter joy! A really handy place to stay to see Salou. We had an excellent top floor apartment with balcony and a vista of the sea. 3 lifts so you were not waiting forever, cheap beer and a good sized garden to sit out on. It is on a slight hill but the main sights and the beach were a mere 10 min walk away. We genuinely didn't want to come home and cannot wait to return. Some people expect things for nothing and so give this place bad press but we were more than satisfied.
