I booked an apartment here on 2nd floor for 8 days in October 2023. The apartment had ants in kitchen and bathrooms and I had to keep using bug sprays which stink and are toxic. I would not recommend staying here.

Do not book your holiday with this agency “universal holiday centre” they will give you the key after 4pm and you also need to pick it up from their office situated in Salou! We did landed at 9am and needed to wait till 4pm like homeless people for that key. After that we did a short trip of 15miles to our apartment. Anyway all the beds were squeaky, we got only one bedsheet for the hole stay, aircon not working and in the checkout date at 10 o’clock sharp they entered the flat without even knocking…. PS you need to clean the flat yourself before you go but they still charge you £60 for cleaning…. So if you want to make your holiday a nightmare be my guest and book with universal holiday centre
