Excellent inexpensive hotel. 15 minutes walk to Port Aventura. The price included half board and it was worth the money. There is a lot of different food. At breakfast, if you come late, you will probably have to stand in line. A lot of children, family hotel. The downside for me was the service in the dining room. First, you can’t wait for the waiter to bring water (it’s paid for at dinners). But as soon as you leave for 30 seconds to get your food, the waiters have already cleared your table with all the food on the plates without even asking. And this happened more than once. The room had a bit dirty floors. No blankets, but warm. Overall would stay again.

Came to this hotel for a last minute family break and I'm so glad we picked here, food is lovely, the hotel is really clean. Staff are extremely friendly. Raul one of the entertainment staff is absolutely incredible, the hotel are extremely lucky to have such an amazing young man here, he made my sons holiday and was so kind and patient. He is one of the main reasons we will be returning. Hotel has lots for children and a short walk to the beach, bars and restaurants. I can't fault this hotel at all and is probably one of the best holidays we have had. Highly recommend.

Hemos estado en el Hotel una semana y lo hemos pasado genial! Lo mejor del hotel, la animación. Los shows de Laia por la noche són los mas divertidos de toda la semana, y raul, dani y Julio también son muy divertidos. No soy de subir a un escenario para participar peró con ellos se me ha hecho muy fácil. Especial mención también a Pablo de recepción, muy amable siempre y muy profesional. Ah, comida espectacular! Seguro que volvemos.

We stayed here 26th April 2024 for 2 weeks, Laia & Crazy are absolutely amazing and very accommodating, they will both go out there way to make your stay very exciting, our kids absolutely loved them, the hotel would not be the same without them, therfore a special shout out to the entitlement team they are all amazing! Liz & Jay room 1646.

laia , dani, raul, julio were all fantastic entertainment was brilliant and alicia the life guard was lovely too great hotel stayed for 12 night’s enjoyed it food was good too good for familys couldnt recommend more. would definitely come back ☺️

Accueil catastrophique et glacial de la part de la responsable de l’accueil.Nous avions réservé une chambre pour quatre (2 adultes,1 jeune majeur et 1 enfant de 7 ans) et l’hôtel nous a attribué deux chambres de deux personnes,de plus une au sixième étage et une au troisième.Nous acceptons contrains et forcé mais souhaitons être au moins sur le même étage ce qui me paraît logique il y a quand même un enfant.Plutot que d’être souriante et diplomate pour arrondir les angles la responsable de l’accueil nous regardait de haut méchamment et avec un regard hautain et dédaigneux. Elle ne nous rien concèdé et nous avons été contraints d’accepter SA solution alors qu’elle aurait pu en trouver une. Lamentable!!!!!!

Fantastic hotel, the animation team are such an asset. Dani, Laia, Julio and Arian are such a great team. The evening shows were lots of fun and they keep everyone entertained throughout the day too. You are so close to portaventura, town and the beach too. Will be back again soon.
