Excellent inexpensive hotel. 15 minutes walk to Port Aventura. The price included half board and it was worth the money. There is a lot of different food. At breakfast, if you come late, you will probably have to stand in line. A lot of children, family hotel. The downside for me was the service in the dining room. First, you can’t wait for the waiter to bring water (it’s paid for at dinners). But as soon as you leave for 30 seconds to get your food, the waiters have already cleared your table with all the food on the plates without even asking. And this happened more than once. The room had a bit dirty floors. No blankets, but warm. Overall would stay again.

Rooms and basic and clean, as you'd hope in a three star hotel. The pool was a little cool, but in May, perhaps what you'd expect. However during our stay, the pool was closed for two days, the day before and after we were expected to put up with the dusty drilling of the tiles around the pool. We were directed to another hotel across the road, another from the same group, which was much better in terms of temperature but with two hotels using the one pool, very crowded. Was very disappointing. The food was lovely. I'm coeliac and each time I arrived and asked for gluten free food, I was given a run down of all the food on offer and what was safe for me and what wasn't. I was provided with gluten free toasts, cereals, muffins and separately cooked chips and pasta. Ibrahim and his team really made me feel secure.

Una experiencia inolvidable, el hotel una pasada, instalaciones muy buenas, comida rica y abundante, personal muy amable y cuartos muy limpios y modernos. Una de las cosas que mas me han gustado han sido los animadores, son muy amables y se preocupan de verte siempre contento y pasándotelo bien, te enseñan actividades muy creativas y divertidas. Muy recomendado para venir con niños y pasar unos buenos días en familia o con amigos.

El hotel muy bien, pero lo mejor sin duda es la animación, en especial Julio, el cual ha hecho que la experiencia en el hotel sea inolvidable además de haber hecho que no nos aburramos ya sea o jugando waterpolo en la piscina o jugando al ping-pong con el que además te puedes llevar un premio si lo haces bien .

Had a brilliant stay here last month. The hotel is such great value for money with amazing staff. They are truly a credit to the hotel! Food is grand, exactly what you would expect from a budget hotel. Night entertainment is brilliant for the kids. The rooms are small but they have everything you need (except perhaps a bath😒). Will definitely return. Big shoutout to Dani and Laia!
