Excellent inexpensive hotel. 15 minutes walk to Port Aventura. The price included half board and it was worth the money. There is a lot of different food. At breakfast, if you come late, you will probably have to stand in line. A lot of children, family hotel. The downside for me was the service in the dining room. First, you can’t wait for the waiter to bring water (it’s paid for at dinners). But as soon as you leave for 30 seconds to get your food, the waiters have already cleared your table with all the food on the plates without even asking. And this happened more than once. The room had a bit dirty floors. No blankets, but warm. Overall would stay again.

Accueil catastrophique et glacial de la part de la responsable de l’accueil.Nous avions réservé une chambre pour quatre (2 adultes,1 jeune majeur et 1 enfant de 7 ans) et l’hôtel nous a attribué deux chambres de deux personnes,de plus une au sixième étage et une au troisième.Nous acceptons contrains et forcé mais souhaitons être au moins sur le même étage ce qui me paraît logique il y a quand même un enfant.Plutot que d’être souriante et diplomate pour arrondir les angles la responsable de l’accueil nous regardait de haut méchamment et avec un regard hautain et dédaigneux. Elle ne nous rien concèdé et nous avons été contraints d’accepter SA solution alors qu’elle aurait pu en trouver une. Lamentable!!!!!!

Fantastic hotel, the animation team are such an asset. Dani, Laia, Julio and Arian are such a great team. The evening shows were lots of fun and they keep everyone entertained throughout the day too. You are so close to portaventura, town and the beach too. Will be back again soon.

We have been 3 families on the bridge and we have been very comfortable. It is a fairly new hotel, with wonderful slides for children and the best thing about the hotel, without a doubt for us, is the hotel's entertainment. Laia, Raul, Julio and Dani have ensured that our little ones left happy. We also liked the bufel a lot (quite a variety, freshly baked bread daily...) As points to improve, the cleanliness (a thousand pieces of lint under the bed, which have been there for months...) and more space to store the clothes (more closets or shelves or something in them. You put 4 people in that space and if there is no place to store things, it eats up the space)

Second time at this hotel and although many of the staff I met on my first stay have changed, it is still a top hotel in Salou. Renovated and impeccable rooms (they are cleaned daily). Varied and very tasty food (many cooked in front of you). Efficient and very friendly reception. Waiters fast as lightning and with a lot of good vibes (Roger and Junior are the best in the hotel). The icing on the cake goes to the animation, what fine work the team does. They are very messy, but very good people. You laugh with them what is not written. We love you Laia! We hope you'll still be here next time we come back! Because we will return!
