Driving from the small town of Moab to Salt Lake City, the navigation took nearly 5 hours, and the actual driving took more than 6 hours. We had to rest halfway, and there were mountain roads, rain, and nights. This was a very, very memorable long-distance drive! It was almost dawn, and when we arrived at the hotel, the front desk staff was probably very depressed. How could someone come to check in before dawn, haha! The hotel environment is not bad, the room is big, and the breakfast is classic American food! Chain hotels also have advantages, that is, standardization!

Shower head cheap, dirty and no pressure, ruined the stay for the two of us.
Plus the cleaning crew left a dirty wash cloth laying on the counter.
I was too tired and it was too late or I would’ve left the room instead I got stuck with a dirty washcloth.
Beautiful shower, room great terrible review over what would be an easy fix to keep a customer happy and have a great review. Oh yeah, and more importantly, a returning customer.

Everything was great except my room was right next to the elevator. Every time the elevator was used, it sounded like some large machinery was going to break down which kept waking me up at night. Please fix the elevator.

The place was amazing. A little farther from the airport, but they had a shuttle that made it easy. Very clean, friendly staff, and the staff kept my reservation even though my flight was late in arriving. My wife loves staying at Hampton Inn & Suites properties because they have very comfortable beds and pillows.

Well thought I paid ******* for room so imagine the surprise when the charge me another $140.00 at check in and $20.00 that will be returned to me when I check out. Pretty messed up to spring an extra charge on someone
