Very nice hitel

Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Room were clean and comfortable.

This met our expectations. We were there to meet friends for dinner. Easy walk and convenient location for shopping and dinning. Beds were comfortable with nice amenities in the rooms. Plates, cups, pots, pans all cooking things needed to make a meal. Shampoo, conditioner and soap in the bathrooms. Would stay again.

Good clean hotel.

I was a little skeptical to come to this property after reading some of the reviews. However this was one of the best hotels I've been to in a very long time. We stayed in a two-bedroom unit and it was amazing. It even had a washer and dryer! You can't beat the quality, ammenities and price anywhere in the area. Super friendly staff, everything was spotless, and a great breakfast!! Buffet style items. We will be back!

Room was not ready at check-in. Room smelled like stale smoke. Room was very tired looking. Bed and pillows very uncomfortable. Also they charge 10 a day for parking. To park in a parking lot! No garage no valet. Ten dollars yo park your own car in an open lot. Very disappointing for the money paid.

This was the worst Marriott experience of my life. Bedding was uncomfortable - bad pillows and soft mattresses with yellowing linens. Both showers in our two bedroom suite went from freezing to scalding without changing anything. The couch was in poor repair and terribly uncomfortable. There were no pans for using the oven. The wheels were off the dishwasher rack so you had to lift it to move it. Housekeeping came only once during our five night stay and left two towels and two bars of soap for the four of us and they left our door unlatched for anyone to come in. Luckily, we were at the end of the hall so apparently that went unnoticed. The windows were filthy and the room smelled awful. We had to open the windows so as to not feel ill. The patio couldn’t be used because there were two air conditioning units taking up all the space. The barstools were too low to reasonably sit at the table to eat or work on a computer and there were multiple loose electric outlets in the room, making charging electronic devices challenging. We waited about 30 minutes to get checked in because they didn’t have any clean rooms and were having negotiations with everyone ahead of us. We had to stay in the “second building” that seems to have perhaps been an old apartment building as there were odd closets in the room and an obvious spot where a washer and dryer once was. The greeting message on the TV changed twice during our stay but never to one of our names. We would’ve changed our lodging all together but everything was booked downtown for the NCAA men’s basketball tournament. I cannot believe we spent $2,500 on such a terrible experience.
