Four staircases are absolutely correct; although there is one elevator; comparable to the Taipei 101 Hotel in Thailand, it only has super wide staircases, elegant and noble.

I stayed here to visit an exhibition. It's within walking distance of downtown, the rooms are spacious, and it's reasonably clean. A light breakfast is included. The facilities are old and there are no amenities, but considering the price, it's a perfectly reasonable option.

Breakfast was provided, which was great. The bed was comfortable. The faucet was broken, but they quickly changed rooms. There are paid washing machines and dryers on the first floor. There is a gym. Parking is convenient.
