Let’s see, was it the warm & friendly greeting at the front desk, or the luxurious old style - not cookie cutter - sleeping room, or the delicious house made cookies left on a plate in our room to welcome us? Was it the fast and friendly service at the bar after a pleasant & scenic but long day on the train? Was it the friendly front desk staff who kindly charged our phones when we forgot our chargers? Was it the free ice cold water in theroom refrigerator? Or was it the absolutely outstanding free breakfast in the morning that included mimosas (bout a 40 euro pp value here alone!)? Or was it that we were left without question to sit and enjoy in the lobby and watch people go by, have a lemonade to sip, and wait for our departure to the train? It had to be all of these that made Hotel Bristol an outstanding five star experience A to Z — that is unfortunately often not found anymore even at five star properties. Thank you Hotel Bristol for making our time in Salzburg so very memorable. With your close and easy location to restaurants, sites, and the old town, I can guarantee you we will be back again on our next visit to Salzburg.
