Gablerbräu

We stopped at the outdoor patio for dinner. The house beer was good but not much more. Five of the meals, for our group of six, were quite unsatisfactory. Specifically: Two of the “Gablerburgers”were very undercooked (e.g. still raw in the middle) and had to be sent back. Of the two replacement burgers, one was still not edible! The veal Wienerschnitzel, which two of our diners had, was not cooked properly as the bread crumb coating was soggy and quickly fell off. Finally, the fish dish was also undercooked and had to be sent back. Staff at this restaurant seemed overwhelmed by the small number of patrons on the outside patio; few were inside. Servers were very hurried and appeared to have no idea where to bring meals when brought from the kitchen. In the end, our server made some concessions with the bill but it’s highly doubtful we would revisit and/or recommend this restaurant to anyone.
