No air con!! The room was insufferably hot and we had to keep the windows open. But then the room also became incredibly loud due to it being on the street side. This is by far top 5 worst sleeps of my life.

Absolute nigh**are. Entry to room is via app/QR code, neither of which worked. No on site staff to assist. 10 calls to hotel, only to join queue each time and still couldn’t get in. By 7.00pm after about an hour of trying to get in, gave up and started looking for an alternative. 10 calls as line dropped many times. Hotel did not call back once. Another couple were having the same issue. AVOID

Llegue y Nisiquiera había nadie para recibirnos éramos más de 7 huéspedes esperando en pleno sol a que alguien llegara. La persona llegó más de 30 minutos tarde. El lugar sucio, de mala muerte. De corazón, NO TE HOSPEDES AQUÍ. Mi esposo y yo concluimos que dormir en una estación de subway hubiese sido mejor.
The place is nasty, no one was at counter by the time of check in. I you want to ruin your stay on this beautiful city, well… this is the right place to stay. Otherwise, you will find plenty of other lovely options. The place was a mess, crowded with dirt. Terrible service.
