Great location, friendly efficient staff and excellent breakfast- but not a four star hotel. No bathrobes, no slippers, no daily water bottles in the room and no bathroom vanity kit/toiletries. Overpriced for a four star hotel so it fits in the 3 star category.
18 euros for daily parking was a bit steep as well compared to other hotels.
Loved the location but for the price I would stay at a true four star hotel on our next visit to Salzburg.

My husband and I stayed here during Christmas and the hotel had a festive cheer with its tasteful decorations. Check-in process was really smooth and the reception staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, quiet, comfortable and spacious - plenty of room to move around even with our 2 large suitcases opened. We forgot that our booking came with free breakfasts so we missed out on the first morning. Nevertheless, the breakfast choice was good and we especially loved the sausages. Though the hotel is located quite a long walk away from the old town, we couldn’t complain as the price was reasonable and we had a pleasant stay. Plus, there’s ample parking space (extra charge) in the hotel grounds and is very well lit at night, making us feel safe even when leaving and returning to the hotel late at night.

Für das Hotel kann ich eine geteilte Wertung geben. Das Haus an sich ist eigentlich schön und stilvoll, etwas altmodisch aber irgendwie schön. Doch alles andere… Im Zimmer gibt kein Kühlschrank, keine Pflegeprodukte (nur fest eingebautes Duschgel), keine Hausschuhe, kein Bademantel… die Dusche kommt eigenwillig abwechselnd kalt und warm, ist nicht zu regulieren. Nur ein Wasserkocher. Die Rezeption ist zurückhaltend und, wenn auch nicht offen unfreundlich, doch nahezu. Die Lage ist deutlich außerhalb des Zentrums. Es gibt Bus, mit dem Bus ist man in einigen Minuten im Zentrum, aber zu Fuss ist doch relativ weit. Das Frühstück ist gut und der Frühstücksraum freundlich. Insgesamt kann ich das Hotel nicht empfehlen, da die sehr einfache Zimmerausstattung nicht einem 4 Sterne Haus entspricht und die Lage nicht zentral ist

To order room service, one has to go down to the reception. No intercom. Maintenance issue was not resolved even after asking for two days. Finally gave up on it. Breakfast selection can be better.

Nice public areas and lovely restaurant. 'Deluxe' room quite small with small shower bathroom, shallow shower tray so water everywhere, no body lotion. Wouldn't say it was a 4* hotel, more like 3.5*. Breakfast good but heavily watered down fruit juice. Service lovely from all staff all areas. Not very central location, good 25 mins walk to main areas and 15 mins bus from main station. Couldn't really recommend it tbh.

Horrible staff and customer service. Snow storm prevented travel to hotel area. Snow storm was on news. Attempted to call the hotel without any answer, emailed them without a response. Finally received a response telling me they couldn't help me because i booked through a third party. Was charged full price to include five breakfasts we were not there to have. Refused to be helpful in any way. The storm made local news today showing how it shut down all trains to the area. I will never book with this chain again. So unprofessionalism. Stay away if you want good customer service

Horrible customer service. Tried calling the property numerous times when all the trains were canceled due to a snow storm. They did not answer the phone and then charged me the full rate stating i did not cancel in time. I will be sure to never book through this chain again.

We loved the hotel, lovely room. Our only feedback to stop it being a 5 was that the shower could of been better - quite a minor thing but when walking round in cold we both enjoy hot shower when back. Hotel spotlessly clean too, we really enjoyed our time in the hotel and Salzburg.
