It was comfortable that the shower, sink, and toilet were separated. The front desk staff was kind enough to help us with any items we left behind on the train. It was convenient because it was close to tourist spots.

The room hygiene is okay, you need to bring your own toiletries and slippers. The service is pretty good and the staff can communicate in English and German.

Location: Very close to the old town. Go through the tunnel from the hotel, the horse washing pool is on the left, and the old town is across the road. But the room rate is much cheaper than in the old city, which is the best choice. Transportation: Downstairs is the bus station. Bus No. 1 goes directly to the central station. The ticket is 2.4 euros, which can be purchased from the hotel front desk Facilities: No air conditioning, only heating. So it's embarrassing: if you don't open the window, it's airtight, and if you open the window, it's noisy (by the road) What's more interesting is that the bath and toilet are separated, so when two people check in, they don't affect each other Shopping is inconvenient nearby, and there is a supermarket on foot for about seven or eight minutes; there is an Asian restaurant at the entrance of the tunnel, the price is unknown In the end, I also encountered the incident of the customer service opening the door... speechless. Please Ctrip customer service processing.

I cannot stress enough: do not make the mistake of booking this place. Our stay at Neutor Hotel Zentrum Salzburg was incredibly disappointing, and it felt like a complete letdown compared to what was advertised online. First off, the room was very basic and in dire need of improvement. It was dated, with bad lighting and visible mold around the bathtub and light fixtures. The overall atmosphere had a gross and grotty feel, which was quite off-putting. The bathroom was particularly concerning, featuring an outdated toilet and what I can only describe as a “poo checker bowl,” which was pretty gross and smelly! I still felt dirty after showering because the bathroom was so grubby—it made me feel icky. To make matters worse, the fan in the room was not working, and the space itself was very small. Given the price we paid- (225 euro for 2 nights) the value was simply not there. When I went down to reception to ask for two extra pillows—since we were only given one each—I was told by the receptionist that the hotel doesn’t provide extra pillows. This added to our discontent. Things escalated when we discovered dried blood on the bed sheets. My husband was furious and went to reception to sort this out. While the receptionist brought us some extra bedding and an additional pillow, I ended up having to change the beds myself after a tiring day. What’s the point of staying in a hotel if I have to do the work myself? Our dissatisfaction reached a point where we considered booking another hotel for our extra night. The only reason we didn’t was that moving our belongings would take too much time away from our holiday plans. Housekeeping did change our towels, but I was horrified to find what looked like dried poo spots on one of my towels that hadn’t come out in the wash. Absolutely disgusting! To top it all off, someone walked into our room at 8 AM without knocking, waking us up unexpectedly. My husband was told that checkout time was at 11:30 AM the day before leaving, which was confusing and frustrating. We also had an extremely rude encounter with one of the receptionists, who stormed in and told us that checkout was at 11 AM and that we needed to leave immediately. It was clear that the staff were not happy working there, and we couldn’t have been happier to leave! In summary, our experience at Neutor Hotel Zentrum Salzburg was the worst part of our holiday and put a real dampner on our last 2 days. The lack of cleanliness, poor service, and overall unkempt environment really spoiled our trip. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel from hell!

The hotel is good value for money, friendly staff, good breakfast. Parking can be done at the hotel or in the parking garage nearby (for the same price, 15 euro/day). The location is excellent, within 5 minutes walking you are in the middle of the nice old city.

As we booked that hotel we were not really aware that there is Hotel Neutor and Neutor Express and as we arrived at the Reception we learned that we are booked in Neutor Express, just across the street. Just out of curiosity I asked for a price for a double room , one night with breakfast in the regular Neutor I understood that the offer was about 40 Euro more expensive. Because we were travelling on budget I kept the original booking at the Express. I did not cross my mind till we opened the door to the booked room that this room is definitely in need of paint and refurbishment from top to bottom, including the bathroom! If it would not have been late in the evening and we were exhausted after a full day travelling, we definitely would have left on the spot. The floor was covered with an old, stained wall to wall carpet, the headpiece of the bed stained, the furniture shabby and the bathroom with mould around the tiles of the bathtub. I was wondering if "Express" means to expect such a low level of cleanliness and outdated furniture? We survived the night and had breakfast at the regular Hotel Neutor across the street which had an updated breakfast room and looked well taken care of. I learned something really important that day, always! to read the reviews first before booking!

Great location. Value for money the staff at the reception especially were very helpful and friendly. One of them (didn’t get her name) in the morning shift even came out of the hotel to guide us in the direction of our hike. Highly appreciated.

Miserable rooms, no soap for washing hair or body because probably it is too much job to re-fill them, toilets soviet style, reception girls extremely rude and completely unhelpful. You are not a guest, you are a hostage.

I stayed 3 nights with my family. We had a great time. It is a good hotel, the staff was very kind and very helpful. The room assigned was small for three people but clean and comfortable. The cleaning and towel change were carried out on the second day, but we, being always out and not having particular expectations of experiencing the hotel at 360 degrees, did not experience any particular problems. It is located in a super convenient location for the center, which can be reached on foot in 5 minutes.

Correct and close to the center Well located: center less than 10 minutes walk via a tunnel in the rock (very cool in summer). The hotel is correct, the rooms functional and well equipped. Everything was working fine. The annex "opposite" is the "express" version of the hotel, a little cheaper. Welcoming staff, and there is even a young woman at reception who speaks French well. The price seems a bit high, but I went there during the festival, in August...

The rooms need a total remodel. For the price paid, I expect a room that matches the same. In Spain it would not have hotel category. A basic and old pension, perhaps. Old furniture, dangerous shower, outlets located not to be used, film smoke detector,....

Hotel located in an excellent location, just 10 minutes walk from the center. Friendly and helpful staff. Average room, the only flaw was the cleanliness: we found hair that wasn't ours in the bathtub and hair (presumably animal) in the bed. I don't know if I would go back

Hello friends of the night, you can spend the night here, the service is good but pretty much at its limit. The breakfast room is good and the breakfast buffet is OK. The rooms could use a lot of improvement, the shower is showing its age, the vehicles can be parked in the public garage, a little further away. You can stay there for one or two nights, the proximity to the center, awesome. Everyone can decide for themselves.
