由於鄰近火車站，我分兩日入住，第一日check out將 大行李寄存，轻身往哈修斯特住一晚，之後再入住，非常方便，酒店職員亦友善配合。

房間視野非常好，就正好位在火車站與公車總站旁，要去別的地方旅遊的話交通很便利，車站內也有超市。房間內有三面落地窗可以將市區風景盡收眼底，只是淋浴間沒有浴簾、與旁邊床鋪的簾子也是半透紗簾，這點真的是有點尷尬，另外覺得櫃檯人員有點冷漠。除這兩點以外其餘都不錯

Мне не понравилось. Во-первых, с меня взяли ДВОЙНУЮ сумму налога на проживание, не выдали никакой квитанции или чека и не вернули потом то лишнее, что взяли. Во-вторых, сотрудник при регистрации сказал, что у меня будет завтрак, но в комнате для завтраков мне сказали, что моей комнаты нет в списке🤡. Могли бы предложить завтрак за дополнительную плату, но не предложили. Абсолютно незаинтересованы. Перед отъездом в комнату вломился сотрудник ПРОВЕРЯТЬ мини-бар. Никогда в жизни не видела подобного🤣. Но будьте аккуратны, вы можете быть в душе или в туалете, когда к вам придут проверять мини-бар. Это очень дискомфортно и неприятно. Лучше просто не заполнять мини-бар, чем так позорно себя вести. Очень неприятное недружелюбное поведение персонала. Странный дизайн, душ за занавеской??? Сделайте нормальную стену в душе. В номере очень душно. На подушке желтые пятна🤢
Не рекомендую этот отель, лучше заплатить побольше и остановиться в другом. Больше никогда не остановлюсь здесь. Вроде бы мелкие недочеты, но общее впечатление осталось негативное. Научите персонал нормально себя вести и не обсчитывать клиентов.

The hotel is good and with convenient location. The view from the top floor and in my room was amazing. Only one thing I didn't like its sauna. It was cold and without changing room.
