Not in the city centre but tram outside hotel takes you to the city in 20 mins. Free parking available. Rooms were decent but we noticed couple of small cockroaches.

Housekeeping service was poor. We stayed 4 nights at this hotel and requested housekeeping but they only came once, for which they only emptied the trash. Bedding and towels were not tidied up and supplies were not refilled.
The cleaning staff accidentally came into our room at 8am when we were inside, no knocking or apologies. We placed a clean up sign on the door knob before we left in the morning but the room was not cleaned when we came back in the evening, despite the sign being turned around by someone. The bins also had no bin liners which was odd, and our trash was not emptied for most nights.
Location was quite far away from city centre or train station, takes 20-30 mins, 2 buses (transfer in between) to get to train station.
Receptionist was friendly and willing to help. However I don’t think I will be staying again.

Very satisfied. There is a Chinese buffet restaurant next to the hotel. Although the price is a bit expensive, the dishes are very rich and there are Chinese waiters. The hotel breakfast is also good. Parking is convenient.

It was a beautiful hotel and had a feeling of cleanliness. Also, the location is a little far from the city, but it's not terribly far.
