Ich war sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft, es ist sehr sauber und die Betten waren gemütlich. Für den Preis war es wirklich sehr sehr gut. Ich fand auch gut das es eine Küche zum Kochen gab, und eine Roof Terrasse. Wenn ich das nächste mal im Salzburg bin würde ich noch mal wieder kommen

Cheap hotel with few pretensions, really poor breakfast. Even though there are many Italians in the hotel, no one at the reception speaks Italian. The hotel is well connected to public transport in the city centre, but the information given at reception is really rubbish and summary (I'm still looking for the machine to get bus tickets at the stop...). Just one towel per person seems really little to me. Absence of mini bar and room make-up upon request. Parking available but for a fee (it's not written there....).

Essentially, this is a youth hostel with private rooms also available. The conveniences are basic, up to 2* standard. No slippers provided, no kettle, no tea set in the room. The public is mostly student groups thus rather noisy (but fun) a**osphere. The view from the rooms facing street is breathtaking, so you have the choice of either enjoy mountain view but suffer from traffic noise or enjoy quiet environment with the view on a supermarket wall :-)

The staff was initially very rude. As for dinner, totally indecent: even if they were on time for dinner, the last ones wouldn't have eaten if the portions ran out, and what they offered wasn't even too good.

I came to this hotel with school and the cleanliness was very poor, I found animal hair on the bed and dust and hair in the bathroom. Unpleasant food and service and rude staff. Plus the beds and pillows weren't even comfortable. I strongly advise against coming to this hotel

This is a budget hotel, you can’t expect many services provides to you. During the Easter holiday, the hotel receives many student tour from all around the world. I would say it is between hotel and youth hostel. However, the helpful staff gave us an excellent experience for all of us. We used the washing machine to wash our clothes. However, there was a problem of it so that after finishing the washing machine, our clothes were totally damp wet and a lot of water inside the washing machine. We spent over three hours to dry our clothes overnight, but the clothes were still extremely wet. The helpful staff (the black gentleman who was wearing glasses) offered us to rewash all the clothes and dry it in their laundry room. When I did the check out, he asked me again did the clothes alright. We can feel his caring and many thanks for his professional help. Otherwise, I can’t imagine how can we carry on our travel journey with the damp clothes.

We were a little disappointed. We hoped to find a simple and convenient solution for Salzburg but this structure did not meet expectations. The staff at the reception are not particularly welcoming and do not bother in the slightest to try to help guests. They made us pay for parking even though there was absolutely no need for it because there is always space in front of or around the shopping center to which it is attached. They have a poorly guarded luggage room with not even any identification labels. Anyone accesses with a key and does what they want in the room. Our room, a family room, was exactly as per the photo and description in size and furnishings but the level of cleanliness was very very low. Holey sheets. Also messy and unclean common areas (kitchen, corridors with dirty carpets, lift, reception and entrance). Given the level of cleanliness we did not request breakfast. Although the room is private, it is only redone upon request. In short, an averagely economical solution but with unsatisfactory minimum cleaning standards.

Had a very nice stay in early march. I made a mistake and accidentally booked my dorm for two people instead of one. The front desk staff was great with helping me out. Unfortunately, they weren’t able to cancel the extra reservation on their end since it was already confirmed but they gave me all the tools so I could remedy my faux pas. The room was spacious and the mattress was super comfy! The shower had excellent water pressure, which you don’t always get in a hostel. My only critique is that I wish the laundry room and kitchen were separate and that the guest kitchen was bigger. It’s only big enough for one person to cook, two if you have no sense of personal space. Other than that everything was great, if you’re more of a party hostel girlie this is not the place but for an introvert who enjoys the quiet this is perfect.

Is very ok hotel and I enjoyed my stay great thanks to morning receptionist who is super kind and helpful I am really happy to stay here and everything waw in order speaks really good english rooms were nice and big everything made my stay super enjoyable
